I ordered from Romwe three articles of clothing but on the day of the arrival one of them was missing. Its one thing for products to be bad quality, but for them to simply not arrive is outrageous. Furthermore, on the website it appears as "shipped" when in reality, it is nothing but. Literally still in shock about paying for items and not having delivered. Would not recommend at all.

Not worth your time

I ordered quite a few items from Romwe, and I wish I hadn't. Their sizes are really small, like their L seems more like a M. One of the knitted sweaters I ordered had really short arms, although the photos made them look normal, and it said that they were supposed to be long in the description.
It also takes forever to receive the stuff, and one of the items I ordered still hasn't showed up. I guess you get what you pay for, and shouldn't expect much more, but it is really annoying. Also no point in sending stuff back as they don't cover return and the individual items aren't that expensive.

Would not shop here again!

Where are my clothes at?

When I ordered my 5 items of clothing, the website said it would take 7-10 business days. I ordered around the November 10th and it's currently 26th of November... why's it taking so long? If it's not at my doorstep by the 9th of December, I'm getting a refund.

So I had filled out my cart and then left the site because I half way through my purchase my cart randomly cleared due to some software bug I assume. Later on I received an email saying my cart was still full and I should come back.
I clicked on the link to complete my purchase but there was no field for coupon code because it was a different form from the regular purchase flow. I contacted customer service and they insisted I was wrong. Until finally they said because it was a completed cart I could not add a coupon code.
This site is horribly designed/made and customer service is uncourteous and inflexible.

Better than I Expected

Judging from a lot of the reviews on this site, I almost immediately regretted my $30 purchase from Romwe. However, when it arrived last night, it was not as bad as I had been expecting.

I ordered a dress, a purse, and a one-size t-shirt. The purse was $10 and was fake leather (obviously.) It looked like the kind of thing you could probably get at Target - obviously fake, but not outlandishly plasticky. I was just looking for a basic everyday crossbody bag, and I got what I was looking for.

The t-shirt was okay. It was a little more snug than I had expected after reading the measurements on the website and it's actually more of a crop top. The design is cute and the material is stretchy, plus the shirt was only $7, so I'm not too bothered.

The dress I ordered is probably the item I am the least happy with, but it's probably my fault. I got a size large, assuming that everything would be a lot smaller than indicated on the website, but I probably would have been happier with a medium. It did look slightly different in length and sleeve length than it did on the website, but the material seems pretty okay for $12 (again - probably similar quality to something you'd get at Target.)

It should be noted that shipping took 11 days and the clothes arrived with a plasticky odor, but it went away quickly. I can see myself shopping here in the future, but only for basics that I wouldn't be too concerned about gambling my money on.

Amazing!

I was so satisfied with what I received! Thank you so much! It came in less than a fortnight and I was surprised with what I received. It went way over my expectations. All the reviews I said on Romwe said the materials made were very cheap, but the clothes I had received did not seem to be very "cheap". The clothes fit my size, exactly. The shipping was fast, too. Thank you so much, once again!

I'm a 14 year old girl, freshman in High School, and personally, when I found out about romwe.com I immediately signed up and ordered a bunch of things that in total were over $150. About a week and a half later I got an email saying a sweater that I already paid for was out of stock. Sure, it came on time, but now one of my orders will come separately, creating this huge mess, since I'll be gone next week. Sure, one of my orders came on time, but I ordered 2 bikinis, which looked really good on the models (what doesn't tho) and when the came today, a couple minutes ago, I rushed to try them on. I was disappointed. The bikinis were uncomfortable and the material doesn't even feel like a bathing suit's. A different sweater I ordered was cropped. It wasn't cropped on the website, which is the reason I wanted to get it. I like oversized clothing. I don't have a problem with my body, I'm skinny and healthy but I don't like showing my stomach. Another shirt that I bought looked cute so why the hell not right? It looks okay on me but it's really annoying whenever I raise my hand or something. I don't know if I would recommend it, probably not. From now on, I'd rather just buy stuff from the mall with my friends.

Clothes made of plastic
November 13, 2016

Everything is an extremely tiny size -- like legitimate child sizes. Also, multiple items of clothing I received felt like they were made of a plastic table cloth. Literally that plastic fabric material.

I did get a pair of shoes from them for dirt cheap that were pretty cute though, poorly made and will fall apart but gorgeous for $20 to wear 5 times.

Missing Items

I order 10 items and only received 3.The items I received are decent for the price. According to their package, they sent them all so they said they had to check with their warehouse and to give them 2-4 days which I have. I have been back and forth sending them pictures but it has not been resolved. Still waiting to hear back from them. I just want a refund.

Just don't bother.

I ordered: a dress and two rompers, a bikini, and two shirts. I will say, the shirts were alright. Not great quality but they did fit and looked, for the most part, the way I expected them to. I looked at reviews beforehand, and knew I most likely wasn't getting the best product. But it was cheap and it was worth a try in my mind. I waited two months to get my items, which didn't really bother me but if you're in a time crunch then it isn't your best bet.
The dress was ridiculous. It fit, but didn't look like the picture and the material was like a shower curtain, basically the closest to plastic that a piece of clothing could come. Same for the two rompers, terrible material and extremely ill fitting, even for a fairly slim person. I had ordered a size up, as per the reviews that i had read had suggested, but still weren't made for tall people and had not been constructed correctly. You would do better at Ardene even. The bikini top wasn't the worst but the bottoms were a medium and would probably fit a doll or a 7 year old. Alas, save your money and buy from a site you trust or just go to the mall. Not worth the wait or the cheap price.

Pleasantly surprised!

Honestly, when I clicked "submit order" I had on hand over my eyes. Online shopping is terrifying, especially from a website that I've never heard of and doesnt have user comments on their products (come on guys!) But, I have to say I'm not entirely disappointed! Everything I purchased is a size too big (I even measured myself dammit), and it has a plastic-y scent, but the clothes are cute! I crop all of my shirts so the fact that they're a little big isn't a huge deal. I'm happy with everything except for one shirt but it just isn't a good color on me. The quality is alright even! I was expecting thin material or poor construction but it all looks good. Nothing is 100% cotton, all of my shirts have stretch. Measure yourself and go down a size.
Shipping took like 2 weeks probably. I got a FedEx tracking no. And then it was delivered to USPS and I didn't getting a tracking no. For that.
I think I'll try a pair of shoes next time!

One star is way too many

This has to be the worst online store. They take your money right away but then they start to send you messages saying the items you order are out of stock. I ordered 6 items on Oct. 16th and so far only two have arrived. When I opened a ticket to complain, they told me my order was in transit, to close my ticket and give them a 5 star review. Are these people for real?

Their clothes are not worth the money. Same crap you find at Walmart without the aggravation. Don't bother.

They should be ashamed of themselves to sell clothes at are WAY TO SMALL and then refuse to pay the return shipping fee. For us it was $14.40 to return a package of clothes due to sizing. I will NEVER give this company a dime again. I wish I could give it a rating lower than 1.

Takes way to long!

Do not order from the website unless you have 2+ weeks to wait for your order. The website gives false information and doesn't try to resolve the issues. I was told my order would be delivered to me in 3-5 business days, and 2 weeks later from the expected date my order is supposedly still in China. This website is shady and the customer service is terrible. No one can give a direct answer and they offer no compensation for doing such a poor job. I will not be giving them my business again, and neither should you.
