I ordered items 11/29 they still have not arrived. They use some low cost shipping company. The tracking is awful my package has been "awaiting arrival at usps" for a week. Dont order from them. There customer service is not helpful badly written reponses from obvious non English speakers. Then they had the nerve to ask for a 5 star rating lol. Finally received items. Shirt ripped first time I wore it. The chain on the boots busted as I was putting them on. Poor quality.
Romwe items are so cheap they're almost too good to be true. I ordered from Paris, France, and 2 of my 3 items arrived within a week (they were marked as being in stock in EU), and the third shipped from china and is in its 2nd week of delivery. The moral of the story is, never count on things to arrive quickly from Romwe. They probably won't. But the prices are great and the items are better quality than you'd find from Forever 21 or other discount stores.
Im from Minnesota, USA, and ordered that blue and pink sweatshirt and am usually a medium, but I like my sweatshirts big AND to be extra careful I ordered an XL... DIDNT EVEN FIT OVER MY ARMS. Sizing way off... never again ordering from China.

I was worried about this site after I placed my order. I read many other negative reviews I had already spent money so all I could do was wait for me order. My package arrive today and upon opening each of the products, I first noticed a terrible musty odor. They smell like they were left among a pile of old stinky laundry. The other thing that was very off-putting was the size. Their one-size-fits-all totally inaccurate. They listed the measurements is much larger than the clothing actually was. Majority of my order was sweaters and they all were only as long as the average crop top which I was not expecting. I gave them to my sister because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of the return process which the supposed to be just as nightmarish and apparently it's hard to get your money back. Out of five things that I ordered I ended up keeping one. I also feel that they look super cheap and tacky and I'm sure they're made in a repulsive sweatshop with terrible conditions.

It is the first time shopping at romwe for me. At first, I was concerned at the sizing, shipping, and material of the items, but I finally decided to take the risk after reading a lot of reviews and videos online. So all my items arrived today! Tbh I expected it to come around new yr even though I ordered it a month back but it arrived 'a bit' early than I thought. Most my clothes were one-size and I'm a UK size 6. All my sweatshirts were one size and I'd say the sleeves were a bit short but not too short. The quality was great! And I'd say one size would fit a UK size 6/8 or Medium size. I also ordered size small ripped jeans and they were just about perfect. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. P. s It's an honest review!
... they are con artists and a fraudulent company. First time I've ever ordered and placed the order on 27 November and today is 13 December 2016 and it's still not arrived. I've raised several 'tickets' and been told it's in Belgium - err, I live in London, UK! And when I enter the tracking information I get this message:
"Current parcel status
The parcel data was entered into the GLS system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.
Mon 5 Dec 2016, 14:43"
Nothing more added and no indication if it will ever leave Belgium...
They are cons and will take your money but do not give accurate information that your order (I ordered 1 thing - a coat!) will take some considerable time to be picked and shipped. I have resigned myself to having lost my money and will never ever shop on this website again. PLEASE PEOPLE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Well, unlike many people here, products I ordered arrived fairly quickly provided they shipped it from China to Canada. I am happy with the overall quality of most of the products. However, one t-shirt is of very poor quality (a gray one) and it is not one of the cheapest ones. I could guess the quality from the picture but I ended up ordering it since I really liked the design. It fits me pretty well and and the design is as I expected. But I don't think I would be able to wear it since the fabric gives me serious itches! So, choose clothes wisely from this site.

Hello, a few months ago I started shopping at Romwe and I really love the products.

It was my first time ordering off Romwe and I was scared that it wasn't going to arrive before christmas because of some reviews I read about slow shipping. But I ordered 6 and a half days ago and it today. The shipping is the best! I ordered 4 shirts, 1 shorts and 1 pair of jeggings. The 4 shirts were perfect sizes. For the shorts and jeggings I knew they were going to be smaller then usual so I ordered the biggest size possible. But When they came in the jeggings were a little bit tight on me around the butt, but that's not the companies fault, big butts run in the family. But the shorts, I actually wanted to cry because they are really nice shorts that were like $20 and they didn't fit at all. I spent about $80 on this order with my own money and love everything except for the shorts, but i guess that is kinda my fault. But now I am stuck with really cute pants that don't fit me and I don't want to return them because I read reviews that you have to pay for the return postage yourself. What do I do?

Okay i discovered this website a couple of weeks ago and i was extremely drawn to the affordable clothes this website offers, i ordered a pair of shoes on the 23rd or November and now it is December 5th and I've still yet to get them, I'm starting to get annoyed because i thought it was only going to take up to 7 business days to get them. But i guess not, if my shoes don't come within the next week or so, Romwe is going to have to hear from me. I had a bit of confusion with my order, and the person who helped me out (Robert) was so kind and helpful that it made my experience much better! Problems can be resolved super fast and i had very little complications.
Customer service could not have helped me out more. Although I was the one who misunderstood how the discount worked, she calmly explained to me "twice" how the discount will benefit me at checkout.
