I just used romwe for the first time and actually terrified i wont get what i payed for because of the review my order says its shipped out to daytona nj, which im a few states away from so hopefully it comes by saturday i ordered them on the 15 and the website says 5-8 buisness days and all the romwe repliers say 10 now? Idk hopefully i get what i pay for and if it makes it out in a reasonable time ill delete the review but for right now im kind of upset
I ordered over $200 of clothing for my granddaughter on 8/1/2016. When they finally did arrive 3 weeks later about half of them fit and they were mostly very poor quality. All of the shorts were cut very wide in the crotch which is not how most women in the US are built. Weird. I submitted a ticket to return about half of the items and their website says you get a refund within 7 days from when they receive your returned items. I sent the package as instructed with tracking and waited for my refund. Guess what, I'm still waiting. I opened another ticket to inquire about my refund (because they had closed the first one for some reason) and they say they did not get the package. So now I have sent the the tracking information again and still waiting... I guess I'm contacting Pay Pal to resolve issue.
UPDATE: ROMWE did issue me a refund AFTER I posted this review!

I ordered a bunch of really cute dresses from Romwe this summer. When they arrived it was laughable how terrible the clothing was.
I read reviews saying you get what you pay for ect ect and expected to get cheap dresses- but these were un wearable.
They were obviously cheap imitations of the outfits that are pictured on the site. I genuinely did a fashion show for my family- pulling up the picture of what i bought- and then coming down in the outfit and we all were in tears laughing. It was like something from those "Nailed It" things you see on the internet. All in all it was a good laugh but an absolute waste of money. I would never ever order again and would advise anyone against it if your hope was to go out in public.

Spent $100 on clothes plus $25 on duty charges and these clothes were literally designed for children or something. An XL fits like an XS, the clothing is much too short to fit anyone over 4 feet. I'm really pissed off cause I was excited for the clothes I bought since they were extremely cute. Never order from these people it's a waste of your money. Or if you're a small person, order a bigger size or I garuntee they will not fit you. I wish I could give them a negative rating, honestly b

Without a doubt the most poorly made clothing that i've ever bought. Don't get me wrong, i love me some cheap inexpensive clothing that i can toss without guilt in six months but i literally threw one these dresses out straight from the package. After measuring myself and ordering what i thought to be liberal enough sizes, they proved to be extremely tight and strangely bunched in weird places and then so baggy they fell straight off my shoulders. The sizing isn't consistent whatsoever and just fit so awkwardly that i find it hard to believe that any adult could wear these comfortably. It's just embarrassing that these are being sold at all and im going to wash the other two in hot water and see if they shrink at all but if not, still going to toss them. Don't buy from this company, save your money.

So I order of couple things from them and I recieved a package with only 2 of my items. I don't know why my clothes are being shipped separately. It took forever to get them and still haven't gotten the rest; one of the shirt I got looked like $#*!. It looked like a 3 year old made it and it was NOTHING like the picture. Don't even bother wasting your time and money on them. They don't even have a customer service number. Shadey right?

So I found this really cute sweatshirt with an alien on it on this site, and fell in love with it. After carefully measuring myself due to the sites measurements of the sweatshirt to be absolutely sure it'll fit. After coming to the conclusion that it'll fit, I ordered it! When I got it today (9/10/16) It doesn't fit me at all. Like it can fit a preteen for sure, not for a woman like me. While I'm well aware that I'm overweight and have big boobs, I still had hope that this hoodie will fit me nicely. Romwe should seriously consider changing the sizing of the one size, since one size does NOT fit all. If you're gonna make it one size, at least make it a size everyone can wear comfortably. I love Romwe, but probably not going to trust their one size clothing items after this.

This website is so misleading its criminal. Okay yeah the clothes are good and ridiculously cheap but its not worth the wait. I ordered x2 yeezy for president sweatshirts, a 'one size fits all' tunic top and a casual ombre jersey dress. The sweatshirts i ordered in a medium and large thinking they would be over sized and baggy, well this certainly was not the case, they were so small i think only a child would fit into them. The fabric was awful and just a terrible product. The top did not fit at all i would say only size 6- possibly a small 12 could fit into them. The dress was just unflattering and boring.
So once i had decided to send these back and get a refund i was utterly shocked to read the returns policy. How a company can word something the way they have is also terrible. I contacted the customer services team who tried everything to not get you to send products back, even offering me another 60% off my next order which i will definitely not be placing with them.
My advice would be do not use this company, do not waste your money! Its not worth the aggravation at all!

There is not really much to say that differs from any other review; i ordered £90 worth of items on august 19th and didn't receive them until the 8th September meaning shipping took ages and when i got my items i opened them to find all of the clothes were too small, thin and of bad material apart from two of the jumpers which had a nice silky material and a coat which was nice but still too small. The trousers were an absolutely horrible scratchy kind of material which contrasts with the smooth legging-like material shown on the website photo and it was still too small as you are only able to pick one size? Which is not specified on the website. The other half i bought was jewelry which was very cheap, poor material and once again looks very different to the material on the website: on the website it looks like proper black necklace string however the actual product was cheap black cord with huge unappealing knots for ties. Also the "%60 off on your first order" or whatever code they give you to get a discount does not work and i was still charged the full price (other than the offers that were already on the product) will be returning what i can and not ordering from this site again. The saying is true-you get what you pay for so do not be enticed by their cheap prices.

I ordered a bunch of clothes on the Aug. 20... it is now Sept. 8 and I still haven't received them. I logged into the website last week and my items were still processing! Then when I wrote up a ticket, they said they would try to hurry it up but also casually mentioned that one of my items wold not be in the shipment because it wasn't available, even though I had already paid for it. Don't do it.

I ordered a few things from this website and most of what I ordered said "ship in 24 hours" well let's just say that hasn't happened I ordered the 28 and it's not even shipped yet it just says processing and to add to it they took something off my order because it was out of stock probably cause it's taking so long for them to ship they gave me a refund but I would definetly rather them say 6-8 to process so I would know what I was getting into next time

I just received my first order from Romwe and I am pleasantly surprised! First off, I need to say that these items are being shipped from ASIA. They are not being made in Asia and then sent to the US where they are then ordered and shipped to you. It WILL take longer than you're used to.
That being said, my order took two weeks to come to me. Everything was packaged in their own bags, which is nice.
Now, onto my other point, these items are so inexpensive for a reason. They will not be made of the finest cottons and silks like some reviewers seem to think, and the sizing should be taken with a very large grain of salt. Go two sizes up in my opinion. I did, and only one thing doesn't fit as well as I'd like. The t-shirts and sweatshirts are surprisingly soft and lovely, while the polyesters are, well, polyesters.
In conclusion, be PATIENT, don't expect Rodeo drive quality, and remember, these sizes are measured to a more petite frame.
I ordered a blouse for 49.00 got a discount! It came but it was way too small. Went on the website to see what sizes were available! The same item was now 19.95! So I placed it into my cart to save the price. Called open sky told them it did not fit etc... Was surprised when I went back and the same item that I bought for 49.00 was now 19.95 I just got mine in the mail today, what's up?
He took me right back to the online price, it now said it was 29.95! I said how can I be sure of the price when I order from you? He could not answer the question!

I haven't even gotten my clothes yet and this whole thing has been a let down. I ordered on the 17th. And obviously I didn't expect to be getting it right away, but every time I check the estimated shipping time IT CHANGES. I mean what's the point of having that if every day that it says it could ship, it moves back a day again. This has been going on for almost a week or longer for me. I started searching other people's reviews and experiences with the shipping and they don't really expand on that. I tried emailing multiple emails I found for them, and have been for about a week. And not once have I gotten a response. I understand things can take awhile to ship. But when your estimated time keeps changing every day it gets frustrating. So by this experience I can't say I expect a lot from the clothes themselves. And I wouldn't even be this mad if they took 2 minutes to just rapini to me. Even if they aren't 100% sure. At least I'd know something happening and not that I'm never getting my clothes. Because right now that's a little what it looks like.
