I ordered a skirt from this website and immediately fell in love with the photo of it. It took at least a month to get to me, which was my first taste of the bad service.
Then, once I finally received it, it was nothing like the photo I fell in love with.
The skirt was a completely different shade of green, it was poorly made, the fabric was awful; uncomfortable and wrinkly, and on top of that it was HUGE on me.
I'm a pretty average sized female, I'm usually a size 4 or 6 in bottoms but there was no way this skirt could look flattering on me at all.
I will not be purchasing from this website ever again.
I've submitted a request to return it and I honestly don't even expect them to give me this option.

Based on some of the reviews I saw, I didn't expect much. I saw this site and naturally did research to make sure it was real... and the results were 50/50. A lot of people said the site was bad and slow, but it's actually good. I used the chat twice and both times were equally helpful. The clothes were in perfectly good condition, fit fine as I used the size chart. Pleasantly surprised.
I placed an order, then immediately turned around and requested cancellation while still in the "processing" status. This means prior to any payment going through or any shipment of the product. 24 hours later, I receive a response to my cancellation request stating that it was too late to cancel, that the product was to be shipped and I find that the funds were charged. This is unacceptable. I process orders for a living. I know when an order can be cancelled, and this one should have never completed processing. I am disputing the charges and will NOT be doing business with Romwe ever again.

So I once ordered from an online site before called Rotita, and it was an absolute BUST! It arrived months late and none of the clothing looked at all like what I wanted so it was super disappointing and discouraged me from online shopping again. I took a chance on ROMWE and I searched reviews and it was a 50/50 chance after I placed the order. When the items arrived I was actually really satisfied. They look exactly like they did on the website, the only thing is, the "One-size" was actually pretty small. And normally I fit a small or medium, but the one button up I ordered was like an extra small so I just gave it to my sister. The pullover I ordered which was a medium actually fits snuggly an nice and the kimono is lovely. I guess I should have looked out for the size difference but overall it was pretty good. The wait did worry me a bit it took about 2 weeks BUT as long as the items were there, it wasn't too disappointing.

I recently signed up for Romwe emails and received their 60% off code for new customers. I was excited to buy from a company with reasonable prices. In order for the code to be applied, I needed to spend $29, which I did. I applied the code without a problem at checkout. However, when I completed my checkout, I noticed that the code and discount was no longer applied and that the price of each item I had in my shopping cart had been dropped by a few cents here and there to make my total purchase ineligible for the discount. I contacted the company and they refused to make this right, so I cancelled my order. I'm ridiculously dissatisfied with the customer service that was provided and I will not be shopping with Romwe again.

I Don't know why everyone is giving such bad reviews? My experiences with romwe have ALWAYS been amazing. I have ordered 13 different times from them, most of my wardrobe being full of romwe items. Yes SOME of the items qualities aren't the best, but that's why you read the description and materials of the item first.
YouTube romwe hauls and you'll find the best reviews that will help you find clothes that are good quality. I just placed an order yesterday worth more than $300 (rip my bank account) lol. I love this site and will continue using it in the future.
So I bought about 5 things, a small backpack which i loved, a pom pom keychain which looked a little smaller than online but its ok, a sweatshirt which looked a lot better online, and 2 shirts which look great.
It said that it came from Dayton, NJ but im questioning that because it doesnt take up to 2 1/2 weeks to ship from there, i am pretty sure it came directly from the factory in china since there are no tags on them, but I am not that positive. Otherwise great clothes
I messed up my shipping information and messaged them about changing it and they replied within a couple hours and were extremely nice and helpful!
I think for some people it's a hit or miss but for me it was a hit. I ordered a dress from romwe a while ago and i loved it. Came in a timely manner as well
Take like forever to get a refund. My package was missing during delivery, Romwe said I have to get a complaint number from DHL in order to get the refund. Troublesome, but still I did it and get the number for them. Ever since, they are not replying my message( I use the ticket function) like they are avoiding to pay my refund. Romwe sucks. Never gonna shop here again

My 9 year old granddaughter a sweatshirt for her 11 year old sister with her own money in the first week of January. So far we have had 3 excuses for it's not having been delivered, despite being notified that it had shipped! They did not respond to my chat message either. Young children form their opinions early & when or if they ship it they do not want to buy from them again. Also as soon as she placed her order, with express delivery, it went on. Please take this review for children too. So disappointing! I cannot get the order number section to work so ir is in the heading!

Okay so I'm a singer and i love promoting new stores in my page because my 50k followers seem to love hearing about what I like and it makes the companies I like a little more prosper. But anyway, I ordered these two one-piece swimsuits that I've been looking for forever and finally found for an incredible price. And well not gonna lie everything was perfect and it got here on time and it let me track it and the products looked great and most of all for the price. So why the two stars? Well because when I came to try them on they didn't fit me one bit, which to be honest is sometimes expected but what confused me is that I asked for the smallest size and it still didn't fit a normal sized 16 yearold. But anyway, I went on their website and have tried to contact them about 3 times already and every time it leave me a ticket number and then when i reload the page disappears. I went on one more time but I am getting tired because I really had no interest to waste my money when I bought these. So I wouldn't recommend this website for if the items don't fit you you completely lose your money and I don't think anyone has any interest to do that.

I bought 4 items 7 days ago and they were shipped to my home today! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and shipping time considering the reviews i've read. I live in australia, which may contribute to the relatively quick shipping time. The quality isn't the best of the best, but it's good enough for the cheap prices. The sizing was accurate, as i had checked the measurements on myself before purchasing the products. I wouldn't advise checking s, m, l sizes and buying anything other than t-shirts and sweatshirts, just to be sure. Overall, though, my experience was great and i look forward to buying more items from romwe.
I've always been put off by the unrealistic low prices because i've been ripped off from dodgy websites before. I read a chunck of reviews before purchasing online. I really don't know why there's so many 1 star reviews. Not sure what shipping is like to other locations. I live on the gold coast in australia and my items legit arrived within 7 days - i ended up buying more items a few days later, and they're due to arrive today, just 6 days after ordering? Plus the quality of the clothes is fine! (i'm starting to think that all clothes in australia are just poor quality and this is what i'm used to ahha? I'm just confused why everyones saying the quality is crap? Everything i got is fine, and fits perfectly) i am a small build, size 8 aus. So I think maybe it's better suited to people my size? I noticed that a lot of the sizing varied by just 1 or 2 cm? Pretty sure everything i ordered fits fine. I legit don't think i'll use another website again (unless i want something pretty good quality like a fancy dress for the races or whatever) but yep i'm really happy with what i ordered. Ps. Ordered 5 t-shirts and a choker, costed me around 43$. The shipping took around 2 weeks, which was less than I expected. One shirt was called "khaki" but was actually an ugly bright orange. All of the shirts exept one look kind of different from the pictures they show on the website. I knew everything would be bad quality but I thought they would at least look like the photos. I'm probably not going to be shopping here again...

I ordered from here with caution as I'd never heard of it before and noticed it wasn't an English company. I ordered three items which came to £36, bargain! My confirmation email stated it would take between 3-20 days for my items to arrive, this was spot on it took about two weeks but that was no bother. When the items arrived they were packed neatly and look like anything you could buy from Asos and other big brands. The only thing I'd say is the sizing I ordered a large jumper and large waterproof jacket but they're more like a small, so if you're wanting a bigger/oversized feel don't order from here the sizing is really petite! But overall good service and would order from here again.
