After reading all this review I was a little scared when i placed my order BUT:
- delivery toke 10 days to arrive
- 10 out of 13 pieces I absolutly love them
- 4 of the bathing suites are in fact very good quality
- 3 of the bathing suites are not the best quality ever but for the price they are very good
- I sized up a little and all except one fits great

For 100 I got 10 bathing suits and 2 t$#*!s, It was a great deal.
Defenetly will order again from Romwe. :)

I ordered on 27 Feb, and today is 16 Mar, been 17 days, STILL WAITING!
I bought them more than two weeks ago for the trip I leave tomorrow, but I won't be able to bring them. If I knew this before I wouldn't have ordered. Wtf.
MORE THAN TWO WEEKS, STILL WAITING! And don't even know when I would have them.
Yes they have pretty stuff but you never know when you will get them.
Don't buy here if it's not for the next year.

I've bought clothes from this website multiple times, both clothes and jewelry. I think what many forget when they complain about the quality and the synthetic smell is that it is a, Asian company. The rules are just different with those things, and you can't really expect something to be perfect when it's this cheap AND bought online. There's only been maybe one or two pieces of clothes that haven't been true to size, but overall I really cannot complain about this website. I live in Europe and the shipping was about a month each time I bought something and it was free, so I won't complain. Overall very satisfied with this company!

The clothes on the website look nice and affordable but when I ordered here they over charged my card 5$ my bank does not charge for international purchases And the people from Romwe never refunded me. The 2nd issue is when I got my items the fabrics were cheap and smelled like chemicals, the accessories were okay. They do not allow you to return swimsuits or under wear. My swimsuits look nothing like the picture and the material is not even water resistant. Please Do Not Use this company.

Don't order from this website. I had a trip planned and need bathing suits to get here on time. None of them did because Romwe told me last minute that the delivery would be delayed 3-5 days AND said that one of my items was out of stock.

Hit or miss.

I ordered a variety of products, totaling around $60. Some of the stuff is nice, I was mostly happy with the shirts and pants I received. The pillowcases I got had faded graphics (not nearly as bold as in the picture). The earrings look a lot tackier than expected. Worst of all, the "bracelet" I ordered is way too big and fits around my neck like a collar? It also appears damaged. I feel like an idiot for wasting so much money on Romwe.

Ordered over £40 worth of clothing and everything was rubbish poor quality extra extra small clothes arrived although they say one size its for 4-5yr ols with stretch waited over 2weeks for delievery they dont all come at once they come in pieces so overal a month of waiting for $#*! clothes personally i would not waste another second on this website and i would defo not recommend it to friends and family

I ordered 2 bathing suits, neither of them fit. The material was terrible quality, and terribly made. Shipping took over 2 weeks. I cannot even express how poorly made these items were. Don't waste your money.

I ordered 5 items and the are sooo small. I'm a medium and they wouldn't even fit and extra small lady. When I ask for an address to send it back they won't give me one but I need that money to buy proper fitting clothes. Ill never buy from here and wouldn't recommend anyone to buys from here either.

I ordered $40 in clothing. Nothing shipped, literally nothing. It has been a month and I haven't received anything. The customer service isn't convenient at all. I can't get my money back so hopefully, it ships. I'm upset because the refunds take 20 days to get back onto your credit card. I've had stuff off of wish refund faster.

I was scared to order from here because I heard such terrible reviews, but I think I've found my new place to buy clothes! I bought 8 different clothing items because I couldn't resist and they all fit me perfectly and looked just like the picture! I absolutely love this site and will order from here again! It took a while to ship, which is understandable since I'm all the way in California, but for how cheap it is and how cute their clothes are it was totally worth the wait!

Having read some of the negative reviews on this site I was wary of purchasing, but I decided to take the risk because the clothes looked cute online. Shipping took just under 2 weeks - which I was fine with as I knew it would take a little while. When I received my package I was shocked with how nice the items were! (I purchased mostly clothing but also bought a backpack and a pair of sunglasses.) Such good quality, everything fits well and looks just like the pictures online. It's a shame people have had negative experiences with Romwe but I can't thank you enough for the clothes/accessories especially at such low prices. Thank you again Romwe, I'll be back!

I ordered two item from this website. As first I was pleased to see that it said that the items were being shipped two days after I purchased it. However, it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive my item. I have gotten into contact via the ticketing system with them 3 times and 2/3 have been telling me it's at my local post office (which it's not because the shipping says it's still at the origin post in China) and another reply said that there's miscommunication with the shipping carrier that they're using and said to check back in a few days (I replied to that ticket 9 days later and there was no reply) I keep demanding that I get a refund but they're beating around the bush. So it looks like I might be out almost $30 and I won't even know what the product actually looks like. Please just give me a refund, at this point I don't even want the items anymore.

After placing an order on Romwe.com, and then reading many negatives reviews about sizing, shipping, customer service and quality, my expectations were definitely very low! However I can honestly say I am beyond impressed with Romwe after my first experience, and here's why.

SHIPPING: I am in Australia, I placed an order on a Friday afternoon, and received my package to my door the NEXT FRIDAY! I paid no shipping as my order was over $100 and received it in 1 week! Cant complain about that especially from China. 5/5 for shipping. Everything was packaged nicely as well.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: After I placed my order I received an email immediately from Romwe.com and another email as soon as my order was shipped.

SIZING: I am not sure whether I got very lucky because I know a lot of people have a trouble with clothes being too big or too small but for me all my 9 items I ordered fit perfectly. I ordered my usual size which is a small or a 8/10 AUS size and even the one size items fit perfectly as well. I did order a size up in the hoodie, because I wanted it slightly bigger, and that fits perfectly. So pretty happy with that considering I was worried about things not fitting.

QUALITY: I must be honest and say I was very surprised by the quality. All my items were very decent quality, well made and all the fabrics were lovely and way better than I thought they would be. Pretty comparable to many clothes stores in Australia.

Overall very happy with 9 items for $103, cant complain at all and I will ordering again.
I guess be weary about what you choose to buy, and make that judgment before and if your bigger than a size a typical small/medium then the 'one size' option probably wont fit. But I recommend giving it a shot, because I am happy with my order.

I ordered some clothes from here and 2 of them had a fault in it. Both of them are torn in some places and i noticed it after their "30 day policy". They are not ready to take it now. They sell very cheap quality stuff.

Ordered 2 items for a friend's birthday. I went for size M as it stated it was a 'loose' jumper and she is a small woman. Well that was a joke... it arrived and the quality of the material is rubbish and it would barely be loose on an 8year old.
The other t-shirt I ordered did come up quote baggy but is in the style of a cropped shirt which is something that was not advertised on the website.

Thoroughly unimpressed that I'm now have nothing for her birthday and it's going to cost me even more to send back! Will never be using again.

Fraudulent Shipping Terms

4 out of my 5 pieces arrived yesterday and your courier guy charged me 894 Indian Rupees. I bought $50 so that you provide me with free shipping and i also paid Shipping Insurance and your courier man still charged me 894 rupees. Either you refund my 894 rupees of customs or I want to return everything, I want my entire refund and I promise never to shop from Romwe because of fraudulent shipping terms. Plus, I need to launch a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

So I was pretty skeptical at first... I mean I am not the typical size 0 and I hear horror stories about sites similar to Romwe wear the prices are fantastic but when you get the products they are two sizes to small or would only fit a 5th grade elementary school kid. I picked a few items and submitted my order I was able use the coupon code on the website but realized the percentage is off the full price not the markdown but it was still a decent deal. I ordered sizes up Im generally a medium so I bought large. To my dismay the items came on time as scheduled in individually packaged items. I bought a dress, two shirts, and a pants set. All of the items were true to size so I should have just ordered my regular size. The pants set was way too big so I gave it away but the other items I was able to get away with even though they were fairly big. Overall, I will probably return and by my true size.
