I couldn't be more pleased that I finally found a short dark navy blue kimono that I shopped for month after month for the past six months. After I placed the order with Romwe I realized it's possible it would not be shipped in enough time for when I needed it for my youngest son's college graduation. I contacted Romwe and asked if the Kimono could be shipped faster if I paid the for shipping. The customer service was outstanding. It was shipped early with no addition shipping fee. The kimono is perfect with my dress. It's not often that a large company takes the time to communicate and accomendate a customer for a small item. I ordered 3 shirts and 1 bralette, and after reading reviews I was nervous to get them. Two shirts I ordered were in smalls, and one was a one size fits all, along with the bralette that was a one size fits all. I was afraid that the bralette wasn't going to fit because I have a bigger bust for how petite my body is. They all fit perfectly, and I think the material of everything is great! I would defiantly recommend ordering from Romwe. I also read that shipping takes forever, but it only took 14 days to arrive, which I didn't think was bad at all. I defiantly will be ordering from there again.

I am pissed

I was really excited to receive my packet. But when i received it, I was really disappoint. The sweater did not look like on the pictures and it turn out really ugly. Because the shipping costs are higher than my packet, I will not return it, because it is too much effort for so little you get. So my advice is: DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE.COM!

I placed my order 4-19-17. I have yet to receive a shipping email or notification of when my order might arrive. I have read other reviews & it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I have already contacted customer service but have not gotten a response yet. To add to my disappointment I have read that it will take up to 20 days to return any money if you cancel an order. Point being, I will not be ordering from this site again.

Still waiting...
I have finally gotten a response (days later) & they have now sent me an email with an update to my order. This response had a tracking number but when you click on it, it conveniently says "page error 404."
From all the new reviews that have been posted it seems that this site needs to get it together. I am hoping that the quality of the clothing is worth all of this hassle, although I've read otherwise. Yes, this is my first & LAST time I visit this site. Future customers beware..

My daughter ordered several swimsuits and they were too small, even though she only weighs 118 lbs, and ordered a medium. I know the policy states you cannot return swimsuits but the tag on the swimsuit says that you can return the item within 30 days. I asked the customer service rep and she said all their items have the same tag. They wouldn't even accept the swimsuits that weren't even open!

I ordered on April 17 and it keeps processing and I am waiting already 10 DAYS. The customer service is very good that response me quickly. But I'm still waiting. I told the customer service that I'm really urgent to get the package because I have to leave U.S. very soon. They promised me that the package will be shipped after two days. I waited many ''2 days'', so how many ''two days'' should I waiting for?
I understand the warehouse was upgrading during these few days but the customer services told me that it completed on April 24 and now is already April 27, there is no more excuse, please ship my package quickly.
I spent many time to select the clothes, I don't want to refund it because money cannot solve the problem and being compensated. Please be shipped out quickly and follow my order.

Still waiting

I placed an order 04-11.3 bathing suits. I was aware that it was going to take 3-7 days for shipping. After a few days i went on the website to look for the status to show that it was still processing. I spoke to an online rep who said they would make the order a priorty shippment and it would be shipped out within a few days. I than got an email from costumer service saying that the items will be shipped in 4 days. A few days goes buy and still processing. I spoke to another rep who explained it was because 1 of the bathing suits is in high demand so its taking the warehouse longer than normal. So i said okay and than explained about the email that was sent to me and nothing. The next days i went on again to speak to an agent and they said that all the bathing suits have been processed and we are waiting on the warehouse to ship it. A few more days went buy and what do you know processing. I spoke to another agent and they explained That the their warehouse was moving so all shipments have been stopped and she is unaware of when the shipment would be shipped. So i wrote a ticket explaining everything and they said that they would ship it the items that were already processed and for the inconvenience there will be a $5 refund. I said i would rather my order be over nighted than have $5 dollars given back to me. I than got another email saying they will ship out the package with no further delay and than send the other bathing suit when it is ready at no extra charge. So i said okay but than received an automatic email that since the warehouse is having a software update they have stopped all shipment. So i went online today for another chat a what do you know... My shipment will be part of the delay after customer service specifically said that my package will not be part of it. Im sick of all the excuses and lies. I need these bathing suits for my bachelorette cruise. I dont want my money back just yet. They said it will be shipped with in 48 hours? If i want my money back it will take 7-15 working business days for the bank to actually process it. Im hopeing i can get an actually answer. Plus they have no contact number to speak to a manager and the manager was off since it was 2 am.

I placed an order on April 12 and given that it said express shipping, I thought that I was going to have to wait 2 weeks max. I have been checking back every day and have even placed a ticket because it still says processing. The purpose of this order was for my trip this upcoming weekend but seeing that it still says processing, I know that I will not be receiving them. I probably will not be ordering from here again. I went on today and saw that it said in tiny writing at the very bottom of the page that they are undergoing warehouse upgrades, which is fine but they could have said that before I spent my money. Very poor way of dealing with things.

I am extremely upset with this website. Customer service is awful they told me my order was going to ship either yesterday or today. So a month ago, I ordered clothes from Romwe worth $214.56.

I waited a few weeks, no rush on my part, to receive the package from them. When I got the first shipment in the mail, I was even ecstatic to open it and try the items on. I was devastated to see that the items I ordered were defective. There were black and brown stains on the dresses and loose stitches were all over the place. The quality of the items in terms of material and tailoring were inexplicably poor as well - not at all as pictured on their website. Upon receiving the first shipment, I immediately opened a ticket to cancel the shipment of the rest of my order (2 shipments still in queue at that time), but they responded to me saying they shipped out the rest of the items already. Hmm... well, okay. Their Customer Service assured me that I can just return the items if they don't meet my expectations after I receive them.

Here comes the rest of the items - the same issues: defective, poor quality material & tailoring, not as pictured. Etc. Now, I opened a new ticket to start the return process which was two weeks ago. It took about 2 weeks of exchanging messages back and forth with their Customer Service before I finally shipped back the items yesterday. They asked me to send pictures of the defective items and so I did. They offered to give me $10 as compensation and keep my order. Of course not, I paid $214.56 and I want my money back. I do not want the items and I cannot even wear them so what am I going to do with all those clothes. And seriously, $10 compensation for $214.56 worth of clothes? You have got to be kidding me.

After much deliberation, they told me they were going to refund me for the items I will be returning and they will put it to my ROMWE wallet. WHAT? First of all, please check with your customer first how they would like to be refunded whether thru this "wallet" or back to their original method of payment like their PAYPAL or credit card account. I actually got very mad at this point because it felt like they were dragging the entire process or return sooo long as if they don't want to accept returns. And when they finally agreed, they prefer to place the refund to their store wallet. They were presumptuous that the customer will just agree to that. So, I responded mad that I do not want my money in their so-called wallet but back to my PAYPAL Account. After that, I have not heard back from them. I have sent 6 messages already and nothing... no response...

So, I returned the clothes yesterday, Monday 4/24 and it is expected to get to their NJ warehouse on Thursday, 4/27. My other dilemma is I have not received a response since Sunday 4/23. I have sent 6 messages already and they have not given me any response yet. Their return process is ambiguous so please consumers, beware buying from their website!

The material is very cheap and the sizes are extremely inconsistent. I ordered the same size for all swim suits and some are too big while others are too small and they all fit weird and look completely different than they did online. The cost was most than expected because of duty charges coming into Canada. Usually when I order online from other sites they will factor in and include duty in the total. Extremely disappointed since swim suits cannot be returned and I will never wear them

THE WORST SERVICE

The service that ROMWE is below a bare minimum. First, I had to pay the border taxes -- 32$. Then, because of EXTREMELY poor quality of the clothing, I had to lose my time, and send it back. Now, I had to pay 31$ again. In total, there is 63$ totally wasted.
I had to wait for TWO WEEKS for my order to be delivered -- the rest of it was delivered in a MONTH, instead of promised 3 days.
I STILL HAVE ORDER from more than a MONTH AGO -- NEVER delivered to me!
The poorest, the most terrible service ever encountered.

First of all, please note that the shipping time on our site commences the date of shipment rather than that of ordering.
It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process one order before shipping it out. But since many items you ordered are in demand, it has taken us much more time to process your order.
Your order was finally split into two parcels, that were shipped out on March 28th and April 4th and delivered on March 31st and April 14th. We are so sorry for the inconvenience that the delay in dispatch has brought to you.
