Really unorganised company, I don't mind waiting for my order but just to wait for 2weeks and not have my order but instead get a refund as it 'sold out' when when I ordered it it was instock is ridiculous. Furthermore, postage is 6pounds which means if I do order it again it will cost more just really bad wouldn't recommend to anyone
My order took 4 week to arrive, before arrival I spoke to 2 members of there customer service team who were not professional in the slightest and told me a load of rubbish to basically shut me up. I'll never again waste my money on this site and I advice everyone else to not do so either.

Before i placed my order, i read reviews first so i purchased $84.00 order. I bought items to take on my vacation. From the reviews shipping takes a while so i placed my order on 05/05/2017 and my vacation was at the end of June. The website had a PA announcement that customers may experience up 3-5 days shipment delay due to warehouse upgrade. So i waited 5 days and my items were not shipped yet. I found 2 ways to talk to customer service. The website has a chat option where you can talk to someone, just make sure to provide your order number and date of order. The customer service on the chat option, moved my order status from processing to "Urging Shipment". I waited another 3 days. Then i went on my account and opened a ticket and I send an email informing them i need my items for a vacation. They quickly responded. They asked me when is my vacation. This is where i bent the truth a little. They then informed me that my items were packed and they were just doing quality check and within days my order was shipped. My issue is that we the customers and if we are spending $84.00, $100, or $200 etc... on a company then we have the right to receive our items at a timely manner especially if you are ordering items for special occasions and you need them ASAP. If you place you order with this company and you just seat there waiting assuming someone will ship your items then don't complain. Just keep nagging and send emails until someone does something. The company is in China so that you tell you a little bit more.
I have ordered from Romwe before, yes it does take a while to get there, I believe my order took about 26 days, I think that the material of the T's i got was not T material but for the price it was worth it. Im and L but i got some jeans in XL in case they didn't fit right but even then they were way too small. I got some make up brushes that i absolutely adore! I think that i had mixed emotions about service and quality but what i can say is the pricing is unbeatable. I think knowing that i didnt spend much made me happier :) i think its not so bad. But it does take a while to get to your address

My daughter ordered swimsuits to wear on a beach trip with her school. Despite paying for expedited shipping, they still have not even begun processing yet, and it's been 6 full days. She talked to a customer service rep who was not helpful at all. I am now reading reviews that say that you should never, ever order clothes from Romwe if you want to receive them within a month. My daughter and I will be telling everyone we know not to order anything from Romwe.

Made an order April 20. I paid the extra money for EXPRESS shipping, in hopes of getting it before I went on vacation. I never got it, and have now been back from my vacation for almost a week, and still no package.
Very disappointed, not even sure why I paid extra for it to be shipped faster.

I ordered my stuff about a month ago and have not gotten it. I ordered it for vacation and went on vacation and came back with still no box of about $200 of merchandise. Every time I contacted costumer service, I got a generic email saying it will be here soon. My bank account was charged for the price of merchandise. I would not suggest even wasting your time. I am deleting the app the second my stuff arrives IF it even arrives. If I could give this negative ratings I would.

I know the items take a while, that was never the problem because I love everything I get from this website. However the warehouse update had not been displayed on the website yet and my package was on it's 10th day of processing. I sent in a ticket and was told they did not know when my package was going to ship, and if I didn't want to wait I could cancel.
Canceling that order would have made me very sad because the items were very cute, so I just simply replied asked if they could promise my order would eventually get shipped. The representative told me again that they did not know the progress of my order, reminded my I could cancel, and then told me to stop replying to the ticket.
Wow. That was it for me. I made another ticket the next day to cancel my order and the new rep. Was very kind and helpful with informing me of the warehouse update and assuring me my order would be shipped in a couple of days. And after less than a week I had the items in my closet!
I have made another order today so we will see how long it takes.

I ordered a large order on 4/26, which in retrospect was a poor decision from such a sketchy site... I've read a ton of mixed reviews, so I am very very scared that I will be dissatisfied with my clothes and not able to return them! Ok so it's looking like the odds would be that my order will not arrive on time before my tropical trip or it will arrive on time but it will either not fit right or be damaged. Hmmm... I've contemplated if I should just call my credit card company now or give them a few more days. I received an email this morning that my items were already "shipped" but when I checked the tracking it has some Chinese writing and it stated "label created". So does that mean it shipped already or it's still about to ship because only a label has been placed. Anyhow ROMWE customer service I'm letting you know that I will be calling my credit card company and report this as a fraud/scam so they can refund me my $ and take the $ back from you if I do not get my items before the 15th of this month.

I ordered something that I was really excited about. The total came out to be $15.98. When I looked at my bank statement the next day I had two charges from ROMWE, One was for $15.98 and the other was just a small $0.32 but it scared me a little because I was not made aware of that transaction or why they had taken an extra $0.32. I reached out to costumer service like any other person would do to find an explanation, I dont care about $0.32, I just wanted to know WHY. When chatting to costumer service I asked what the second charge was and was then told that I was only charged the $15.98 for my order. When I then asked AGAIN what the $0.32 was I was told "that was PROBABLY [a] handling fee for international transaction." Like this man didnt even know what he was talking about "probably" when I called him out he then went on to say things like "we did not take that much" and "oh I see you can not afford that much?" extremely rude to say to a costumer who simply just wanted to figure out the charge, because I did not feel secure. Honestly It probably was an International shipping charge, but after the conversation I had with customer support I did not believe anything he said. Will be returning my order before it even ships and will be demanding all my money back. Just completely not ok.

I've ordered from Romwe before and it only took a week and a half to get to me. That seemed like a very long time, but it was okay because I was aware that this site sometimes takes a while. The quality was okay, not great, but the prices were also very low, so I didn't mind so much.
This time, I ordered a few more items and I figured it would take a little bit longer, but it is absolutely ridiculous how long this is taking.
A week and a half after I ordered my clothes, I noticed that the money for the clothes had been taken out of my account, but I still hadn't received any emails saying that my clothes were on the way, so I decided to check the website. The website said that my order still hadn't even been processed, so I started a ticket (this is how you contact them, because there's no other way) and the ticket was just asking why my clothes still weren't processed. They replied, saying that it was their "busy season" and processing could take 3-5 days. This was infuriating because they clearly hadn't read my message that clearly stated it had been much more than 3-5 days.
I was very unhappy that not only had they not read my message, but that they had also taken my money 2-3 weeks before I would even receive my clothes. They responded saying that there was a system upgrade that would make the shipment take even longer and that they didn't know when things would be moving again. They offered to refund my order, or I could wait "a few more days." I laughed out loud at the message because they also requested that I reply quickly. How ironic.
They also sent me a coupon code for $5 off a future order to say sorry. I'm sorry, but it's going to take much more than that.
Three days later, I finally got the notification that my clothing had shipped. It's been four days since my order "shipped" but the tracking information says that it hasn't even entered the country.
We are about to enter my fourth week waiting for these clothes, with little to no real customer service, and absolutely no clothes.
Don't buy from Romwe if you expect any level of quality at all.
