I ordered about $100 worth of Romwe. It is a good store if you are trying to stay under budget. About 2/5 of the clothes I ordered didn't look like what they did in the picture. But while the other 3/5 fit my taste perfectly! $5 to return those things, and it was also quite hard to figure out the return stuff.
I didn't trust the store to get any pants, since I was guessing they wouldn't fit and it would take too long. I was right on both for the clothes I bought. This store runs large, and it takes forever to come in! Also, it doesn't come altogether, but with these kinds of stores, you need to see this comingl
I honestly loved hald the stuff I got! Even if it didn't fit me. Plus, why would I want to return cheap clothes?
Other than all the negative stuff, this store is actually pretty good overall. Like my caption, it's all based on your luck whether or not you will love what you get. Of course though, this store is very good on price.
I bought two pairs of leggings(horrible!) and a t-shirt. I got an extra small so it would be loose. It fit my little sister who is 10 years old perfectly. So it was/t even loose on her. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSIT IT SUCKS! The pants were up to my knees.

Romwe is literally the worst online store on the Internet. I ordered a couple dresses and shirts that looked really cute on the website and was really looking forward to receiving them. However, when I received my shipment, I was so disappointed. First off the clothes had a terrible smell to them, resembling the smell of wet laundry. Secondly the material was very cheap so I guess I can understand why the prices were so cheap. None of the clothes fit well and all looked terrible and were way too big. When I went to try to return them, their website was very difficult to figure out. I would 0/10 recommend this store to anyone.

This site has nothing but false advertisement. Nothing that was sent looks the same as it did in the picture nor did it fit. I even went by the size chart, and the items shipped to me can fit a 9 year old child. I ordered bigger than the size listed just so that it would fit properly. You cant return bathing suits, they actually expect you to spend your hard earned money returning an item they falsely advertised and could not get right. The color was wrong, the style was wrong, and the item didnt fit. On top of that I have not even received all the items I ordered.

My sister and cousin both ordered from Romwe and what they received were in great condition. I read reviews and they weren't that good. I decided to take the risk and order from them anyways. I ordered a top, a pair of shorts, and a bathing suit. The top and shorts fit great on me but the bathing suit was POORLY made and it came all messed up. It's so messed up to the point where it looks nothing like the picture and now I can't even wear it. It's a bathing suit bottom that cross cross on your stomach but material was seen on backwards so it looks bad. Not to mention that you can't even return bathing suits so BE CAREFUL! My sister's bathing suit on the other hand came out really cute. The clothing is made out of cheap material and for the price that you get the clothes at, it's really no surprise so really you get what you paid for. I'm disappointed the bathing suit came out so bad, now I don't know what I'm going to do with it. If you'd like, take the risk but I suggest not ordering bathing suits from here. I'm solely rating it a 3 based on the fact that it came pretty quickly and 2 out of the 3 items I ordered came in good condition.

So i bought TWO pairs of jeans, and after a month of waiting, only one came in. When it did come in i tried them on and they were way too tiny, so when i was trying to stretch them out, the button popped off. 1/10 experience.

I ordered a dress that said it was on sale for only 24 hours. It was listed as 10.97 instead of 20.00. I was of course in love with the idea of this sale, so I grabbed a dress. I decided to only grab one, just because there were so many bad reviews on it. I ordered it, which did take a while. It said that my dress was to arrive in 5 days exactly. It took about 3 weeks. I was waiting in anticipation for my dress to arrive. Once it did, it was poorly wrapped. I opened it to find an itchy cloth with a crappy design on it. I put it on, and it was way too big, even though I ordered the smallest size, and on the website, the sizing chart showed that a small might've even been too big. But that was not the case. It was see through and itchy. It was said to be made out of polyester, but it felt like a cloth that I had never felt before. It made me look huge and ugly. I tried to return it, but the website wouldn't let me, even though they say that they WILL let you return it. It ended up costing me 16.95. I will never take that risk again.

I ordered 5 skirts, several necklaces/bracelets/anklets and a couple of purses along with some tights. 2 of the skirts fit well and see reasonably made, if with thin material... we'll see if it holds up. 1 necklace was approximately the length described. Purses were the only items that I'm completely satisfied with.
3 of the skirts were much smaller than described; one was described as super stretchy so I took a chance but there is zero stretch in it. The remaining necklaces were all much shorter than described. All of the necklaces feel like they will break with just a small breeze... very, very, very thin material.
All of this being said, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it would cost more to return all of these (except jewelry apparently isn't refundable anyway) than to just eat the loss.
Will not purchase from again.
UPDATE: offered return label for skirts that were too small and $5 coupon for too small necklace. I will be returning the skirts (hopefully they will be refunded promptly and with no further issues) but declined the coupon since I do not plan on future purchases. Will update again after return is (or isn't) processed completely.

I should've known better when ordering from a site where the clothing is as cheap as it is on Romwe. I was excited at the idea of ordering from their collection of very cute clothing at a low price; similar to what you might spend at Forever 21. Of course I did not thoroughly read through their return policy, for which I take responsibility. I ordered two bathing suits and two dresses. Of course, the bathing suits did not fit correctly and when I tried to return, I was informed that not only were the bathing suits final sale, but I was responsible for paying for the shipping label and fees to send it back. Additionally, I have to wait for them to send me the label and by the time i get everything and send the package back, I'm sure it will be beyond the 30 days. Not only is their clothing very poorly made, it runs extremely small and is very see through. On top of everything, their customer service is horrendous. Who rewards their customers - people who are trusting their product enough to pay for it before trying it on - by requiring them to pay to return a product that was either poorly described or does not fit properly? On top of that, by the time I go through the trouble of returning everything on my own dime, I am sure that the amount refunded to my card will not be worth it. Will avoid this site in the future, and other sites who lack customer service to this extent.

I recently ordered some clothing from ROMWE (which is was already sceptical about) and when the clothing came two out the three items I ordered were perfect and exactly what they said they were on the website. However one item I ordered which was a yellow jumper was very poorly made and when I tried to return it I struggled with the websites advice and then in the end spoke to a woman from costumer service who told me that in order to return the items I had to pay money to have the items shipped and had to find my own courier. I thought this was ridiculous becuase I already wasn't going to get refunded for the shipping cost I had payed when ordering the item.

I loved everything I bought from Romwe. I'm from Portugal and my clothes took 15/20 days to arrive. Everything was equal to the pictures and the material (although it is not that breathtaking) is the same you can see when you zoom Romwe's pictures. And the sizes are pretty accurate too. I'm really happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy again! :D
Firstly they charge you for return shipping. Who does that today.
Secondly they claim they received only half the returned items which were all mailed in 1 box. They do not refund you back for the returned items. This is their way of making money because I do believe given the materials they use and the fitting, most customers would be returning the merchandise. If they say they didn't receive the merchandise they do not refund you your money. Bunch of thieves.
If I could give these thieves negative stars, I would.
I received an email for the return of the 5 items on July 27th. You refunded me $54.83 for these items

On July 31st I received 2 emails stating that you have received the remaining 2 items as well. I am asking for a refund for that amount for the 2 pants. Those emails mention the refund would be posted to my account within 24 hours. It is over 48 hours now. Where is my money? I want that refund back.
I am seeing the reviews on some of the websites. It seems like you guys do this all the time. Take away people's money claiming you received only half the items they return.
