Everything looked so nice on the website, so I ordered a couple outfits, swimwear, etc. After receiving the items, many were damaged (hat was falling apart). So I chatted with someone to try to return the item and she would NOT give me a return address! After one hour of begging her to give me a return address to return my items, she finally told me. To save you all time so you don't have to go through what I did,
I WILL NEVER buy from this company again. I online shop a lot and this is the FIRST company that purposefully put the BURDEN on the buyer to "prove themselves" worthy of a return. I wish I had read reviews about this company before buying from them... If I knew it was a fraudulent website I would not have bought from them and would not have lost my money.
Pros:
-I live in Australia and I received my order within a week of ordering, which was great!
-The clothes were all pretty good and matched the actual sizing charts
-They looked identical to the photo displayed
Cons:
-They had a very strong chemical smell when first out of the package (but went away after a wash)
-A couple of the shirts felt like swimming clothes fabric, but nothing too drastic.
So you can't return sleep wear. The quality was so poor so my daughter didn't even want to try it. Sun glasses arrived broken but they where so cheap so it wasn't worth returning them

I bought 2 tshirts and 3 bikinis, they sent size L. I tried it on and it fitted like a size S... the sizes do not match at all. And if I would send back my order I have to pay just as much as my order costed me in the first place. They offered me $5 for compensation on an order that costed me 60... so I lost all my money and I can't go out and buy new bikinis/tshirts... So, I would NOT recomment this site, at all! The customer service sucksssss

I ordered a couple of bathing suits, both red, both large, just to ensure that at least one would fit well, even though I'm usually a medium. Both are insanely short in the torso. The straps don't even reach my chest, let alone my shoulders. It's weird because everything else fits fine. The company doesn't return swimwear, so now I have two bathing suits that literally look like they were made to fit toddlers. A very odd and annoying problem.

Although cute online... some of the clothing comes in miniature sizes like adult small would fit a toddler, but then some smalls were huge. The shoulder straps are way too broad for my shoulders but the shirt was super small.
There are a lot of strings hanging and the quality is terrible. Do not order from them. I read the reviews before I purchased and decided to try them out due to mixed reviews. HORRIBLE!

Super cute clothes for a fair price. Shipping takes a while since it comes from china, and also the size might not be the same regular US size for every clothing item.
But overall great!
My order was delayed and at first I was very upset but the customer service team worked hard with me to make things right :)
I spent $75 on new swim suits. Paid $15 for expedited shipping in order to wear them on my trip--even had them shipped to my trip's location to speed the process up. I got them over 2 full weeks after ordering them-- couldn't wear them on my trip. Even if they had got there in the time they promised and that i paid for, though, the material and sizing were AWFUL. Don't waste your time measuring yourself and following their "sizing charts," cause it won't work. Regret spending my money here.

I've never had this kind of bad experience with online clothing sites. First of all, the clothes DO NOT look like the picture at all, they look cheap as hell and the colour's nothing like they are shown in the picture. But where they got me was the returning process. I spent over $100 on this website and I was kinda nervous about this since I've never heard of this website before and the reviews were pretty bad(I should've listened to the warnings). Then I talked to one of the customer representatives and she clearly stated that the returning fees will be reimbursed once I return the items if I pay for the shipping insurance. Then I got the items which were mostly disappointing, I decided to return most of them, and now they are saying I have to pay for the full shipping cost for the return. I had to ship out from Canada to their warehouse in US, so the shipping cost would be pretty much the same as the refund if not more.
Long story short, the whole experience with this website was a total hell please do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Clothes are cheap, and that's probably why most people use this website but there's reason why they are so cheap.
At least I learned my lesson that I'll rather shop at more reliable companies like H&M or F21 even if that means I have to pay $5-10 more.

I agree with the reviews here 100%. They merchandise looks great on the website, but they wont help you at all when it comes to customer service. Every item on here was delivered ridiculously slowly, slower than any other online merchant. I moving and I ordered some items before my birthday in two weeks and I'm not sure if the item will arrive in one week, two weeks or seven. The agents I spoke to didn't even have a solution, as if there company had no system for delayed products. If an item is out of stock just say so, don't delay it for a tenth of a year. How do they expect to keep customers? I ordered from them twice, and that was one too many. That sucks,

I ordered XL overalls after carefully measuring my self and matching it to the site's sizes (I'm 5'7 and 150 pounds). When it came in, the overalls couldn't even go past my thighs, much less my butt. I was so disappointed, my size had matched perfectly to the site's XL size but obviously the site's sizes are all wrong. And now i have to pay return shipping. Not shopping here again and romwe really put me off of online clothes shopping.

I received my package 10 days after submitting my order, which is pretty fast considering it came from Singapore ( I'm in Florida). I ordered 17 items and was dissatisfied with only 1 item (the "one- size fits all" tank was too big).
The material is not bad, you just have to make sure to read the description of each item to see exactly what it is made of. This way you have a better idea of how the piece will wear and feel. When it comes to sizing you really just have to use your judgement. Read the description, if it says "no stretch" make sure to order up a size.
Overall I had a good experience with this website and their prices are unmatched. I will definitely be ordering here again.

It was my first time using this website and it was full of disappointment. First of all, the clothes were awful in the term of quality. The fabric did not feel like as it was told, the clothes was much smaller than the size mentioned before, and the quality of the clothes was just so awful. It took me two months to get my clothes and they also took away the international transaction fee without giving me any notification. This wasn't even mentioned when I bought the clothes.

Pictures on the site look great but the reality is another thing! I guess I should of just stayed at the 'admiring the menu stage' The pricing is too much for the actual 'quality' that you get, and as for the sizes... I had read that it was better to order a size bigger but a size bigger than what exactly is the question? A very disappointing buy and unless you are a size zero best to stay clear

TBH I was scared after seeing reviews that my stuff was not going to be how I expected to be. However it came in a week and a half to me here in the U.S. and it looks just like the picture. It also fits really nice. (Bottoms will be a bit snug). But I am willing to shop from here again.
Romwe was not the first site that I have ordered from, and it won't be the last. My personal experience with the site was wonderful. Shipping was moderate, the deals were great. I see many complaining about being scammed by the quality of the products but what can you really expect? I bought a total of six clothing items and it cost me half the price of say--Forever 21. Romwe did not disappoint. The only reason I am giving it a four star rating is because I know that many items would not fit women larger then myself. One-size does not mean 'fits all', and I am in no means skinny. Just be careful when ordering the correct size from this site.
Ordered 4 tops, I put in my 60% off first time buyer discount code and didn't get the discount, I contacted them the same day trying to cancel my order with no luck. Now this was on a Saturday afternoon in the U.S. so Sunday in China, and they say it shipped already. Well why won't they refund the difference. They say they'll give me the discount on my next order. That's never going to happen. Avoid this company.

I've placed a total of 4 orders to send to my relatives & friends in Vietnam as gifts. All I can said is POOR QUALITY. Their material are even worse than the clearance stuffs of F21 although at the same price. Romwe's clothes are carelessly sewn. The real colors do not look like the colors shown on website at all.
