I had an odd expiernce when I had first purchased some clothing from Rowme a sweater was missing from order and also the button on pants was missing! I was very disappointed but a Rowme represented quickly handled the situation and a new package with missing item as well as a new pair of pants is on the way! Thank you Rowme service!
I ordered a total of 7 bathing suits. 6 of them were mediums/larges and they did not fit me as they were extremely small. I am a very slim 20 year old girl with 32DD boobs and size 25 waist. None of the tops OR bottoms fit me. Just a warning that their sizes are not typical U.S. sizes and run very small. Their customer service was great though and allowed me to return the items and gave me a full refund.

ROMWE looked like it had lots of great and unique clothing items. I really looked forward to getting them but one of the items that I bought was a white cardigan sweater. It looked fairly long on their website but when I received it, it turned out to be WAY shorter than I'd excepted. The quality of the sweater is really low and the stitching seemed very loose and unstable. Honestly, it's not worth it to buy stuff from them. My only other complaint is that they don't provide pictures of models trying on the clothes on half of their items. So the fit can be deceiving. Honestly, I'm just so sad and disappointed. This is my first time ever buying clothes online and I'm never going to make that mistake ever again.
UPDATE: I got my refund back. Their customer service is very helpful and very understanding. :)

So, obviously I understand that the clothes are cheap so I wasn't expecting anything amazing. What I was expecting however is clothes that fit me. DO THEY MAKE THESE CLOTHES FOR MIDGETS AND GORILLAS? I can honestly say I am a very small person. I am a petite 20 year old. So I was expecting the clothes to be neccesarily tight on me, but I was so wrong. First of all when you say "one size fits all" I'm guessing its going to be a little bit larger, nope. The sweater was tiny, honestly looked like it was made for an infant. Tried on another sweatshirt, the arms are so short that by the time I had my arm half way through it was to my elbows. Besides the arms being sort, unless you LOVE crop top sweatshirts, don't order off of here. Literally every single sweatshirt didnt even go past my hipbones. I order several things and ran into this problem with all of the clothes. The last thing I tried on was a jean jacket sweatshirt that I ordered as a medium, I figured it would be big but it was HUGE. Looked like it was actually made for a gorilla. The worst part of all was, when I took it out of the plastic. The smell was FOUL. It literally smelled as if rats from the warehouse had peed all over it, no lie. Another way to describe the smell could be equivalent to a monkey exhibit in a zoo. So overall, DISGUSTED with every single purchase I made. I ordered about 7 things and every single one of them fit like $#*! or was just actually so ugly. PLEASE PLEASE don't let the cheap prices fool you this is the biggest waste of my money and time I have ever spent.

I placed my order with Romwe which was one shirt and was waiting for the shipping. It took 10 days and it was still processing not shipped so i contacted a rep and they told me not to worry my order will be shipped soon. 5 days go by and i get an email saying that the only shirt i ordered 15 days ago is out of stock. Now im extremely frustrated so at this point i just want my money back. After 3 days my money is in "the wallet" their form of refund so you can buy something else from their site with the money but i dont want anything from this horrible site so i go to withdraw it and of course it says error. Every computer i used there is an error trying to give me my refund. Horrible service customer service reps in emails are rude and slightly sassy.

ROMWE did let me return my items and gave me the credit back upon the reading of the review here. Expediting to a manager helps.
Their cloghes are cute too small. They give you 20 days to return items but you have to email and come back with info in a difficult and manual fashion - way more difficult than any other retailer. Even though I initialjy contacted them in time to make the return, they didn't accept it becsuse I didn't email them back and forth all the info in time - BUYER BEWARE
I love my sweatshirt from Romwe. They have the most affordable clothes, and shipping is great timing consider it is international to me in Florida. The sweatshirt was so cozy and I got so many compliments on it :)

I found romwe through Instagram and I know websites of this sort are usually low quality and take a long time to ship, which was fine with me because I just wanted a few cute things for vacation. My order was placed on June 14, I recieved the package on July 3. When I opened the package, nothing was what I ordered or even similar enough to what I ordered to where I could let it slide. I emailed on July 4 and sent a picture of the package of each article of clothing and the articles themselves, customer service wasnt great and eventually I just sent the clothes back. My ticket was closed, but I reopened it and sent my clothes back, but was never given a refund! I would never spend my money here again.

Bought shirt looked really cute. Didnt even resemble picture. Cheap Cheap. $14.00. Looked like something that would cost $1.99. They said they would send return label but would deduct $5.99shipping or I could send back myself which I did ($3.00) when they sent credit they still deducted $5.99 said cant reimburse shipping So $4.99 all I got back after paying freight back. Will NEVER do business with them again..

I've read a lot of reviews of people complaining but I've order about 8 times and never had a problem here are my tips
1. Don't order something over $25- order simple things like tops and shorts not fancy jackets because the quality will just not be there
2- if something is really bad quality such as stitching send them a pic and they usually say don't worry about the return and just refund the money
3- read other customers reviews of the products first, other people usually let you know whether to order up or down a size.
4- google discount codes, there is always one for free shipping... usually over $50 which is only 3 items or so.
Don't expect perfection for $5 you're setting yourself up for disappointment
Ps. They have great earrings which are in fashion for about $2-5
I ordered a couple of items from Romwe and loved both upon receipt. They have fresh, trendy items at great prices. I would advice that one checks out the sizing measures as they differ from the US versions.
I ordered my order on the week of 10/5/17, I live in Connecticut. I got my order extremely fast, I thought it would take a little longer since the place is in China.
Also, get a size up! I read reviews before buying, and getting a size up is right.
The clothes aren't bad, I tried all the items i got and fit perfectly, not bad material.
I would definitely buy here again with the fast shipping and good material.
