I like so much Romwe! I love all the items i ordered! I've recieved my parcel on time! The quality is good and it's cheap. I recommed to shop from them.

I shop online all the time. I've never dealt with a company that purposely obstructed returns like this one. First they don't include the shipping return label with the order and the website makes it very hard to figure out how to do a return. You can't just send the item back but first need to email for permission. You can't just send the item back but first need to contact customer service for permission. Even the customer service should have already had access to this information since they have my order number and information, they required me to manually pull the item numbers of what I was returnIng. Each step involves back-and-forth communication with days in between responses. I see the company responded to another bad review that they they sent a free shipping label. I was told that the shipping label cost will be deducted from my return. I sent back the items. Then I was told I would be given a credit to my wallet I have to go through additional steps to actually get the refund. I've contacted customer service to go through the steps but have not been given a response. Some of the merchandise was OK and some was very cheap. I would find a better site
Update I logged on again and was able to get the money moved from my Romwe account back to PayPal. Way too many log ins and communications and manual steps for a simple return.
I ordered 4 items from this website and it says "allow 6-10 business days to ship" it has been 15 days and the tracking still says pre-shipment and the postal service said they did not even receive a package to ship. The live chat was no help whatsoever said the same thing over and over again and wouldn't answer my questions. Just sent a message to cancel my order and receive a refund we will see how this works out. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Do not spend more than £5 on any piece of clothing. Extremely misleading and rubbish quality. One can find this type of clothes in £5 shops. Extremely disappointing

I ordered a bunch of clothes and 2 of them didn't arrive and they refused to give me my money back. My package arrived 5 days late. The costumer service was awful. There was a label from a different shop inside of my clothes. Don't recommend. Still not solved

2 round beach blankets - suggests a blanket thickness with expectation that being for the beach that it is a type of towelling fabric. Instead it is a thin slippery material. Apparently because it is considered swim wear they also can't be returned.
There should be an option on the web site for customers to review each item to help others especially as the cost of returning the item is the customer's expense.
Also bought a white cold shoulder shirt with inner black straps. Fabric is poor quality -stiff and creases easily and inner black strap fabric us thin and stretchy.

Ok so I've always gotten these huge carts filled with cute stuff at Romwe but never ordered because I thought the website was sketch. Finally got the guts and ordered one shirt. But the tracking is so stupid. I've checked almost everyday to see how close the package is or when it shipped but it looks like it might not even have left the facility in the 5 days after placing my order. I looked online to track my package and even on Romwe's site and it looks like my order just received a label and hasn't even gotten out yet. If I had ordered a lot of stuff, I would understand. BUT I ORDERED ONE SHIRT. And unless the tracking is wrong, it's not even close to actually shipping. Getting slightly frustrated at this point. I just want to know why tracking is such a pain.

I ordered 4 items and 3 out of the 4 items were very similar to the advertised photos and style. The styles are bang on and the quality is better than you may assume. I've had a lot of complements on my items and people are always shocked when I tell them how much I paid for them. The fit was overall good, but the one item was a "one size fits all" and it certainly was not fitting me (I'm normally a size 6).
The styles are fantastic and you seriously can't beat the price. As long as you're flexible with the details (i. E. the thread was a navy blue instead of a light blue), the site is awesome.
