Romwe offers super cute clothes at super great prices, but no more than that. Shipping is on the slow side. Sizes run REALLY small and REALLY inconsistent. I'm in the USA; I wear a ladies M/L ALWAYS. I ordered up a size (XL) whenever it was available (rarely is) and I am still sending it all back. To make things even worse, you have to pay for the return. I'm extremely disappointed and I will not shop this site again.
I love shopping in Romwe because it's an easy website to access and the shipping is always fast, and the clothes with great quality. Never had a problem with them.
Best service ever. Super good store! Love Romwe so much. They have so much choice and I their shipping is quite fast. Also, I loved the quality of the clothes. Ordered ripped jeans and they were true to size.
I ordered my ordera long time ago and it still didn't come.So I went to track my order, but it said that my order wasn't even there! Are you serious? It took money off my account and didn't even SEND the item. Very very disappointed. This isn't my first time buying, but last items weren't so great either. Sizes are worng.Run really small. Also, my sweater came with a hole! I put it on and decided I'd fix it later. By the time I got home the sweater was CIMPLETELY RIPPED! It rips really really easilyI hope that this will get solved soon. I reported thsi to PayPal.

I've been receiving clothes from Romwe for several months now (as part of their blogger program) but I wouldn't work with them unless the clothes stood up to the expectations. I've never been disappointed! You have to carefully measure to make sure the items are going to fit, but I always do and it's never a problem! The pieces are good quality and have held up great!

I was curious about the Romwe store since I always see ads for it, so I gave it a whim. The Romwe site was easy to navigate, and the shipping is fast compared to what I read online from other customers. It only took a week for my clothes to come, and when they did, I was just a little surprised. The clothes had a strange, chemical-y odor to them, so I knew they definitely should be washed before wearing them outside. I tried them on, and the tops fit perfectly... but I have to wash them! What if they shrink!? The bottoms were a little bit small, but definitely still wearable. Now, the QUALITY of the clothes is questionable. Although I didn't expect mall/designer store type fabric, I expected to be able to wear them outside without looking super cheap. The clothes were wearable, but I knew I would have to iron them to make them look less crinkled and thin. The material for the sweatshirts and sweaters are surprisingly light and quite thin. The black, yellow and red sleeved sweater I ordered was my favorite, but it suspiciously had a Shein tag on it! So be aware that many online stores are shared by one Chinese branch. If you didn't know, the clothes come from China! I ordered a yellow ribbed sweater and that's the one I'm most disappointed with. The fabric is similar to the shiny polyester that costumes are made of. It looks so cheap! All the clothes came fast and looking like the images on the website, but it's hard to tell the quality of the fabric in the pictures!

I posted this review a few days ago, and romwe have responded and refunded my missing items. Big thanks to romwe for getting back to me, even if it did take a while. Other than the slow responses, the quality of the items I did receive and the time it took to receive them was worth the money I paid, and if romwe manage to find a better courier I would order from them again.

I ordered a few things with romwe at the same time, and half of my order came quite quickly (within a week or so). The items were good quality, although a bit on the small side (their sizings are a little off, you need to check the exact measurements before buying.) when trying to track down the remainder of my order, the site was little to no help. In their help section I was advised to check with a neighbour or the post office, which I did and still no answers. I then attempted to submit a ticket to complain, but was met with technical difficulties from the website. I then tracked down a contact email and complained directly, to which I had a very slow response which still didn't answer any questions or give me any indications of where the remainder of my order was. I was then told the rest of the order was on its way and to wait another week. I have since contacted them twice (more than a month later) stating my order still hasn't turned up and I have had no response and no indication of whether it is coming or I will get my money back. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the company or the courier, as my items are being displayed as delivered, but the fact is I paid £45 for items I never received. I just want my money back, but it's looking like that won't happen. I wouldn't use this site again, mostly because their customer service is shocking.

Romwe was very quick to get back to me after stating my issue, and went above and beyond to resolve it.
So, I looked into reviews for the website before ordering, and I was pretty prepared to be dissapointed in the clothes. But foolishly, I let myself get excited. I ordered two pairs of pants (These http://www.romwe.com/Black-Skinny-Ripped-Denim-Pant-p-147844-cat-813.html and These http://www.romwe.com/Black-Scalloped-Skinny-Pant-p-147847-cat-681.html). I made sure to carefully check the sizes for both pants before ordering, and got the ripped pants in XL as the measurements for that size matched most closely to my measurements, and the scalloped pants in a M. The ripped pants seemed to fit fairly well, except that they were extraordinarily short. The rips landed on my mid thighs, and the pants hem landed around mid-calf (for reference, I am only 5'5). The scalloped pants honestly made me laugh out loud. If I was able to get them on my legs, the hem would have landed at my knees. Honestly, I don't even think I'm going to bother returning them, I'm going to give the scalloped jeans to my 5 year old niece. Know what you're getting into with Romwe, I would be mad if I didn't find it so hilarious.
Items are super on trend and come at an affordable price. Be sure to read sizing information and if you are ever between sizes, size up!
The clothes I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric is extremely low quality and the clothes are already falling apart. The sizes are also very wrong. I am currently in the return process, but it is taking far too long. It takes way too long to get a response and speaking with a representative is difficult. I was disconnected 3 times! They also make you pay for shipping! If you get a return label they take $5.99 from your refund, and the slip did not even cover all the shipping prices. Awful, low quality company.

Very very very disappointed, I always look at the size charts when I order clothing and when my order arrived to my house and I tried on the clothes, all 4 of this things I bought were way to small and did not match up with the size chart also all of the products are made very poorly, All 4 products are definitely not worth the 20-40 dollars that they are sold for

I wish the customer support would be quicker with more detailed instructions - I need a return label to be email ASAP and an address to give it to. Their responses are the same and do not provide adequate detai. Moreover the fact they say it can take 14-30 days for money to go back into the bank account for a refund it quite annoying.

After my bad review about ROMWE I was contacted and a return label was easily created with no extra payment. It was a bit of a trouble but they solved the problem!
I bought a product which is completely different from the picture. Asked how to proceed to send it back and have a refund and I must say that I'm still chocked that I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK. Ridiculous! First and last time ordering from this company. It's possible to buy good items from thousands good websites with prices as good as there. I don't recommend it to anyone who appreciates a good service.

I feel bad for every one who has had issues with Romwe, because this is the second time ordering from them and I have not been disappointed at all yet. I was wary of them at first too because of all the bad reviews, but I saw a couple youtubers who bought from them and were pleased, so I gave them a chance and i'm glad I did. I hope people aren't just exaggerating to get free things, because i've honestly had great service from them so far. In fact when I ordered clothes from them this past time I only paid for standard shipping, but I received them as priority 2 day mail. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or if they were being really nice, but either way i've been quite happy with their service. Asian sizes do tend run small for most people, so sometimes you do have to buy a bigger size than you initially expect, at least for pants and shoes in my case. I think the style of clothes they sell are absolutely adorable, so i'm really glad that I gave them a chance. If you're worried about sizes then i'd suggest not splurging, only buy a few items the first time you shop with them, just in case, so you know how the sizes work for you. I think they're great! I hope they get a wider accumulation of good reviews.
