When I needed some help with a question they answered in a timely manner, and all the items were accounted for when shipped.
I ordered my clothing from romwe, November 25th and it is December 5th and it still hasnt come. The person who introduced me into romwe ordered clothing the same day as me and they already have their order... kinda upset.
Romwe is one of the very few trusted online clothing store that I love shopping from. You can find a ton of dupes that you would usually find at Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Forever 21 for a cheaper price!
So I was skeptical about ordering from Romwe for the last two years based on reviews, but the sales for BlackFriday were so good that I figured that if the clothes I ordered were dodgy, at least I didnt waste lots of money.
I ordered eight tops on Thursday the 24th, and the arrived today, Thursday the 1st. All of the tops are great quality, both print wise and fabric wise. Im honestly really happy and really surprised with how good all the tops are. Ill definitely order from Romwe again.
Their stuff is so cute and just as good of quality as you would get at the mall. I think their stuff is cute though, and they have better deals so I'd rather shop Romwe!
I actually love ROMWE. I have got really cute stuff that looks expensive, but is super affordable. I have ordered from them a lot and I personally know to order a size up and I always am satisfied.
On thanksgiving I ordered a lot of clothes from RomWe. It told me it would be at my house on November 27 at 10:26. And it never came, but I really want to wear them already.It has Been 5 days. Maybe it will come tomorrow :)

Ive ordered 2 months ago and got delivery only a partial of my order. When tracking they said one is out of stock and will refund back. A month later I sent a email to support team to figure out my refund but nothing happened. No answer to respond. So be careful if you wanna order and thing from this website.

I did not have a great experience when I ordered my clothes first of all the prices aren't even that cheap Like they say they are second of all the shipping was very long, your material is terrible your sizes are really off your advertisment was a bit hyped up based on the quality of the clothing definitely not ordering again, a waste of money
When i gave my card details and proceeded to pay, without any otp generation my payment was debited from my account. How could it be possible that without any otp a payment is made?

I loved the quality of the clothing, the service was great, and it got here in the time it said it would. The arrival time took a little long and I had to order two to three sizes up for most of my items (I'm a small in US sizing), but they were great nonetheless! Many people forget that this company is in China and some stuff comes from Asia. Asians are normally very small so their sizing will be off from US or UK sizing, same with China, they also run on the small size. So make sure you check the measurements for everything! They even provide it to you in the description of each clothing item!
Nightmare company! Impossible to speak to a person! Even a nightmare to speak to customer service with issues! Just get fobbed off! Have never have received my refund! Have never dealt with a company as bad as this!

1, Be careful.If they asked the copy of your photo ID and your credit card with your VIN number before finish your payment, you will be charged even though you didn't show to them. Check your credit card balance right away.
2, Then you need talk with different agents through online service times with times. Be in patience. This will be the only way to communicate with them.
3, Remember you don't need check your mail. They WILL NOT deliver your "purchased items".
