I absolutly love this web page. Romwe always send you what you see on pictures. Clothes are good materail, well packaged and quickly. Also the customer service is very nice and always gives you answer back. I tottaly recommend this page.
2 weeks before Christmas I ordered a dark blue romper. My delivery arrived a week later, but what i received was a long sleeved white shirt. I quickly sent a message to the live chat team and got a quick response. I explained the situation and they said a full refund would be given. I received the refund within a few hours which was great! However, I was told that I could expect my original order within about a week. It never came. I sent a message to the live chat team again and asked what happened with my original order as I was told I would still receive it. They told me that if I wanted my order I would need to use the money I was refunded to buy it again. I was sent 3 different discount codes but I will not be using them.
The first lady I spoke to (by the name of Catty) was very helpful and processed my refund quickly. But I will not be buying from romwe.com again as I was left without an outfit for Christmas Day.
I placed an order, paid for it... the order was completed. I didnt get a confirmation email. I checked my order history on the app and it said that the order was placed but I still needed to pay, despite me already doing that.
I contacted the company on the live chat and they told me I needed to send a picture of my bank card and a picture of a photo ID to verify the purchase. This is crazy, so dodgy, no website has ever asked that before it felt like a scam. I told them that my bank has its own verification processes (CVV code, password for online purchases) so I dont need to send ROMWE further verification, especially sending personal details like my bank card.
They then informed me that they are protecting themselves from fraud?! I was trying to purchase a $20 order of two items, using my own address, details and bank card... how on earth could this be fraud?
Very strange and dodgy policies.

I have always bought at Romwe and all the orders have arrived great. The quality is fascinating and the prices are very good. I am very happy with the web, I always trust them. This New Year's Eve he wore some lovely dress pants and he sold me very fast. I totally recommend ROMWE.
The dresses were of very bad quality. Most were transparent. The only nice one became disgusting after 2 washes. It's a complete waste of money. DO NOT ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. Furthermore, FedEX also made me pay extra shipping fees of 30.00$ that were not paid by the sender.

6-15 days, is all their stupid employees respond with.
After asking and waiting a lot, I finally got the package. A little after a month. They need to learn to respect the customer, that was my main problem. They took my complaints too casually.

Im very satisfied with all my purchases, the prices are great, and the quality is ok! Definitely worth buying!
I ordered from ROMWE on black Friday, I triple checked with the support about the maximum weight and price for my order so I won't get in trouble with customs they confirmed that I won't have any issues, and if I had they will help me. I had the following issues:
1-My parcel was held in customs for 20 days. And ROMWE kept sending email, time wasted of back and forth. Until I found a new number for Aramex.
2-Customs told me that my parcel was suspicious due to heave weight with a very low price.
3-Customs told me that I have to pay a large amount of money to release my order. (around half the price of the order).
3-ROMWE: didn't help me only offered me to refund 50% of the customs and didn't negotiate with me.
4-ROMWE: as always ended the chat with no help, I either refuse to pay and they ship the order back or pay 50% of my customs.
I was willing to pay from ROMWE again yet they told that I will have more tax and I should refuse or pay no other option!
I bought these stuff as gifts for Christmas and birthday, they are late and now I can't get them due to the very high tax, and ROMWE no sounds from them :'(.
Customs were more helpful then ROMWE :/

If I could, I would rate them a 0! My package says it arrived, but never did and they dont care to refund me my money. Their $#*!ty excuse is they already paid usps and to go to their facility and make a claim to get a refund. Im beyond ferious. This is the first time I ever leave an review, but people need to know. I ordered 2 shirts and a bathing suit when I needed them in 2 weeks. I was expecting it to go quick and come as other shopping sites can get them to you in 2 weeks. After a few days, I was starting to get worried because it still said processing. So, I got on a chat and the person put my order on urgent and was very reassuring that she would try her best. Well, some time went by and I saw nothing improve on how fast it was getting here. So, I went back to customer chat and I was told that it was going to take 6-10 days. The person was not very helpful either. She was getting annoyed really easily and was mad when I gave the chat a bad rating. I was not rating her bad, just that my problem was not solved. (what I was told when I ordered it in the first place) So, nothing had improved the whole time.

I recently received clothing from ROMWE, which by the way came really fast, and everything fit really well and were in really good quality. Their website has really good deals and is really affordable. I definitely recommend going on their website because they have really cute and trendy clothes!
This site will screw up your order and then lose it after charging you for shipping. They will not deliver the package or provide you with a refund. Do not order from here. My order was large and they just give the run around instead trying to help. They also do not have a hotline to call for questions. When using the live chat they end the conversation rather than dealing with the problem.

I read the reviews on Romwe and thought I'd give it a try. I knew there were a lot of bad reviews but I decided to take my chances anyways, but I wish I didn't. My order actually arrived pretty darn fast, but I ordered a medium sweatshirt for my skinny little sister and it was a crop top on her (it wasn't supposed to be a crop top!) and it was so cheap! It felt like plastic and wasn't worth more than five dollars, but I paid 19 for it. Now I just figured out that I have to pay return shipping for this? This site just sucks in general and their customer service is crap. All in all, don't order from this company. I have a feeling all the good reviews are fake.
