Everything is okay if you want to keep all of the shoddily made strangely sized items they sent (six weeks to get order - sizes ranged from small to XL, I ordered mediums for all). The problem comes if you want to return anything. They send a prepaid label which isn't prepaid. When the post office and couriers refuse it they say 'oh just send them back' i. E. at your full cost. AND these are to Belgium - return cost is £50 +

If you try to do an online chat about it they just repeatedly hang up

First of all, when I placed my order, I got no confirmation that it was good to go or where it was in the shipping process. They don't even have a phone number to directly talk to someone. I just wanted to return something I bought that I didn't even try on because it was not what I expected and looked horribly made. I just want my refund for something I didn't even try on. This company is just a scam. They show how pretty the clothes look on models but the real thing is so badly made and smaller than the normal sizes you would get. DON'T waste your money.

Alright so I was a little skeptical of this site right from the start because there's no way I am paying 4 bucks for a shirt and there its perfect that's too go to be true. So even before I got the products I had a feeling something wasn't going to be right but when your only spending 20$ for 4 items I didn't care too much.
The only major problems I noticed was that everything is very small. If you are going to order from this site i suggest going way way up in size. I wear a size large and that's what I bought. However, knowing then what I know now I would have definitely gotten an extra large or 2XL for sure.
Lastly, the print on two of my t shirts I received is printed at a slant. Its going into my armpit/side of my body when it should be in the middle.
I will say that the shirts feel to be of good quality. All tops were thick and very soft and comfortable. I am going to try and stretch them out or i may just wear them to bed. Who knows.

I never leave reviews, but this site deserves one! I got so many great pieces for an evern better price! I placed my order January 16th, received my items January 22nd. I paid the extra for faster shipping, my total was $60 for a shirt, a dress, slippers, and two gorgeous necklaces... and that included the shipping! Everything I ordered is good quality and most importantly fits! Check the measurements when you order, that's my only advice. Awesome site, I'll continue ordering here for sure!

I got my order in 2 weeks, I was excited for my clothes because I was going to wear it somewhere, lol I got my order and this when the story get funny, I got my order and my outfit look cheap, it look like something my baby cousin handmade, I will never ever shop from ROMWE again, the clothes look awful, I rather wear Dollar general clothing before I pulled out my wallet for ROMWE again, my whole 70$ came to a waste, I shouldve go to the mall when I had a chance. I thought yall clothes were going to be nice and all but I guess wrong!

Recently I purchased from Romwe because those deals on clothing were too good to be true and I took and risk and tried it.

My order came in about 2 weeks from when I ordered it through standard shipping. They updated me on everything my package went through.

Now for the clothing, a majority of the material is soft and good and does not feel very cheap as you might expect. I'd recommend typically ordering a size up and checking the items details to see if whether or not the fabric stretches, it'll help a lot when choosing sizes.

If you want to try ordering from Romwe, I say do it! Order a few items the first time like I did and if you enjoy it then keep on going. I definitely will be
