I receive my orders very quickly and i am very happy with the quality.
Terrible quality clothing, expensive to return as their warehouse is in Belgium, they dont give a full refund and their call-centre is in China where I was told over the phone no English, when I asked to speak to someone who did I was told on holiday. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal and I have settled for their offer which wasnt the full amount just because it had taken me a month of back and forth communication to get me that far and have been told it can take up to 30 days for the money to get back into my account. Funny this, as they took it from my account immediately! Disgusting scam.

These clothes are not even close to what they look like in the picture or description. Very cheap looking and feel clothing quality. Returns are a nightmare. My order was $41 and after 45 minutes at the post office, I spent $12 to return it. Then, they didn't even refund me the entire amount.

Dont get me wrong, the clothes on here are lovely however a jacket I purchased came ripped and a pair of cord trousers ripped after 3 wears. When I complained about the jacket all that was offered was 6£ compensation to go and get the jacket sewed. Not only this, I did not even receive this money. When I complained for the second time about the trousers they told me I could return them and get a refund - refunds were not free thus costing more in postage to return them than the trousers actually cost. When I told them I was not happy with the service the response I got was literally okay. I have never ever had worse customer service in my life

So, I just ordered something, and spent about 62ish dollars on romwe. Everything is so cute. Just had 1 question... No wait 2.1. Are the clothes cheap because of the such low prices, and the sizes are weird... Can u put them into like normal sizes (2, 4, 6, exc) It would be really helpful

ROMWE is a wonderful website for ordering items online! The store has a great variety of choice, low prices (there are special prices on some items, discounts, sales, etc.), fast shipping and good customer service!
I ordered items from ROMWE a few times, and I was always satisfied with my orders. The store offers the most fashionable and stylish clothes, and, what's most important, the quality is always high.
Also, their size chart is good, too (my items suit me perfectly!)
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Romwe. I ordered 4 items for a total of $24. When I tracked my order, it said it was undeliverable. I called USPS and they informed me that the wrong zip code was on the shipping label. I checked and made sure that I put the correct address on my order on Romwe.com, which I did. I wrote in to Romwe customer support and they were INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL. They told me USPS put the wrong address on the label, so I called USPS again and they told me that they don't even have the ability to create shipping labels, so it must have come from the sender, Romwe. Romwe refused to own their mistake and would not just resend me the $20 worth of items that I paid for and never received. They said I would have to wait for the order to be sent back to their facility, which according to USPS would take 45 days. It's already been a month since I placed my order, so I would have to wait 45 days from now for the order to get back to Romwe and then another month for them to ship it to the right address (but who knows if they would even put the correct address on the shipping label this time). I will absolutely NEVER order from here again. STAY AWAY!

The quality is so good! I love romwe! I totally recommend it. The prices are cheap and clothes are such a good quality.
