This is the biggest fraud company. I ordered a lot of clothes for their website and they most of the products were damaged, they had stains on it, the buttons and zip were broken, the pearls had come out and it had some disgusting odor smell from it. I requested the company to allow me to return these products. They agree to accept the returns and when I returned the products they have kept the products with them but are refusing to pay me back the refund. Such a cheap and fraud company. Deserves to go jail for cheating their customers. Please buy at your risk.

I ordered a few bikinis on March 4 for my vacation on March 19. I selected express delivery. I thought this would give me plenty of time to receive my shipment before my trip. On March 13, I still hadn't received a "shipped" confirmation, so I live chatted with one of their customer service reps. She informed me that the order was delayed because one of the items was out of stock, a detail that I was not informed of via email. So basically, my order just sat there unable to be shipped and nobody bothered to alert me.

So I told her to cancel that one item and ship the rest of the items ASAP. Then she tells me it will take another 24-48 hours to process and THEN another 3-5 business days to ship (and that's express!), which means it wouldn't be guaranteed that I receive my order by the 19th. What were they doing in the 9 days since I first ordered? And how long was my order just going to sit there if I hadn't contacted them?

But that's not all. When I express my disappointment in their service, the rep named Kathreen responds, "I already cancelled your order" and disconnects our chat! No apology, no niceties, no customer service whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE.

UPDATE: Another customer service rep has reached out to me to apologize and offer a discount on my next order after I posted this review, of course. If only they had this type of customer service from the start, people wouldn't be writing these reviews. While I think it's fair to post this update, I also think it's fair to keep my original review.

You cannot trust anything on their site. They filter content to make themselves look good. They are not reputable sellers and they have no integrity. This is what I posted to their site, but the review never even showed up. I wouldn't be surprised if some of their reviewers are actual employees [maybe even ones on this site].

After reading some of the reviews of how people got cheated out of their products, I feel pissed just reading this! I am afraid if I even send my order back, they'll just keep it and not refund me.

Is this a joke? Never ordering off this site again. No wonder your stuff is so cheap. These shoes are horrible. They look very cheaply made. They are NOT size 10, more like if you're a barbie doll or an asian woman. I was surprised I managed to even put them on, but they squeezed my toes so hard and I imagine they would be very painful after wearing only a couple hours. I do not want a gross ingrown toenail. Not only that, BUT there is a dirt scuff on it, showing they were obviously worn before and someone else had to return them and so they tried to lump them on me. Don't fall for the cute pictures of the low prices. You will be disappointed. I am getting a refund. I just hope the other stuff I ordered isn't this low in quality.

Screw this site. I hope they go out of business.

And Romwe, don't try buttering me up with your phony sympathy like you did on the other reviews. It's pathetic and won't work.

I bought a windbreaker from Romwe because I loved the way it looked, and it was super cheap. But then I started to get a little nervous that it would take a long time to arrive, or maybe never arrive, and would be bad quality based on disheartening reviews I read. But, my jacket came 6 days later (it said it would come in 6-10), and it is great so far! Pretty good quality, a little smaller than I was hoping, so definitely go a size up, but it fits, and I love it. I don't know what other products of Romwe's will be like, but I'd expect they'd be very decent, hence the title of my review. You are sort of getting what you're paying for. Not the greatest quality item, but if you aren't too picky like me, then it's fine because it again, is very decent, and getting very decent clothes for this cheap is always a good thing.
