This company is not based in the US. You have to pay for delivery and return shipping which is not cheap but clothes are definitely cheap - fabric is horrible! DO NOT BUY anything from this company!
It didn't come late. 15 days for shipping. Nice staff for the low price! Be careful with washing the clothes because sometimes they might put color on other clothes :)
The quality of clothes are amazing and I really Love there deliver. I have been using this site for clothes purchasing for past 6 months and really love it.
This site is an honest hit or miss. Yes, they are real but the quality is inconsistent. EX: I got a very cheap shirt that was cute and good quality. Bought a purse that came extremely small and tough. So yes its cheap for a reason. When you want to buy something, look at the pics or review of people who bought it under the pic. This way you'll know how it looks like in person
I have always felt good with this e-shop! All orders arrived in a short time and everything I bought was the same as the pictures! One of the most reliable sites I know!
A bunch of cheaters running this site- not replying when questioned - locks you off - they should be collectively sued- funny part they ask my id - and their site which has so much of conversation with me now apparently doesnot recognise my email address- liars
Im not going to lie clothes from romwe are very cute, but they take FOREVER to come! And when I mean forever i mean forever, for this reason I probably wouldn't be shopping here again.
Romwe support team has issued a full refund since I did not received my items which I appreciate. It was the first time I had problems with them just the delivery service chosen was lacking.
They used Tollgroup to deliver my last order. I wasn't home so they left a note that I filled in and they still say they can't deliver my parcel. I contacted Romwe, the person in the support line said there's no way to avoid using this delivery service, called Toll group 4 times, last time I was told they will not be delivering my order without me being there to sign for it regardless of leaving the signed card in the mailbox, later it was marked as delivered (even tho it wasn't) in the website and they won't look at the issue anymore. I'm yet to receive my items or a proper resolution for my order.
I will not recommend to purchase any product from this site. They run for small sizes and when you will ask them for return they will ask you to courier the product on your own expense. They will charge shipping charges also and then if refunded courier charges as well. So better not to trouble yourself only by seeing good clothes. They will show you good clothes but the material is worst just like sarojini street market.

Never ever buy from this website, they will show you something else on the website and deliver you very cheap quality material product... and they dont even pic up the clothes you want to get exchanged or refunded
I ordered a baiting suit from this site and was disappointed with what I got. The baiting suit was significantly short in the torso so I cannot even wear it. I even ordered a size larger than I generally would because of some of the reviews saying they run small. Also, when I got it out of the bag it had a strong smoke smell. I would understand products smelling new or having an odd smell because theyve never been washed but it was strong and I was overall disappointed by the experience. EDIT- Since this complaint I have received a $10 discount and my refund, which I appreciate. Romwes response to my complaint has made up for the issue I had and I thank them for that!
I ordered two shirts about three weeks ago. It took more than two weeks for one of them to be delivered, and the other one is not delivered yet. The one I got, looks nice but a little cheap. Still good for the price. I hope I get the other one soon. If there was an estimate of delivery date or a tracking number for each order, a lot of confusions would have been avoided.

For more than 3 years I have been making orders from this site. Always pleases the quality of clothes. I like that the ROMWE watches the fashion and on the site every day new clothes.
I love the store, it has good quality products, and the shipping is very fast. I always buy from the same store, their products are very good and cheap!
They will not replace size issues and have not heard back on the ripped dress they sent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had a little trouble with signing in and registering at first.
Great price, please don't expect the highest high end quality, you will not get that for the price, but everything I have received is lovely and beautiful.
My advice is to read the review for each items, as the sizing isn't consistent throughout the website. Also do not choose express, from what I have seen it makes no difference, you get it when you get it
I live in Sydney, Australia, my order came 6 days after placing the order, on normal shipping I have heard bad thing about Romwe, but still gave them a chance and they came through. But maybe I was just lucky
I like there prices to fashion clothes. Look at details closely and you will not be disappointed & also look at material, it should be cotton^ than you will be glad by you order.
Decent clothes, just check the reviews and always go for a size bigger! Other than that, you are good to go! Romwe has hardly ever been a disappointment for me!
