Superb customer service... the absolute best. Great communication and a very professional team!
I ordered an Echo Bike that had an internal clicking. I reached out to Rogue's customer service via email and attached a video of the issue. They responded promptly and sent out a new Echo Bike shortly thereafter.
Thanks Team Rogue,
Justin
Rogue doesn't make it easy to buy a complete set of dumbbells without paying high shipping costs. I've been trying for over 6 months now. I signed up for notifications but only a few pairs of dumbbells were available at a time. Rogue expects separate shipping costs to be paid with each additional purchase even for a set of dumbbells that normally includes shipping with purchase. I asked if they would allow me to pick up a complete set of dumbbells curbside if I paid in full in advance. They did not allow that. I've sent several messages and they have not responded. Rogue Fitness makes a great product and they do have excellent marketing but the price is for a tremendous premium and their customer service is horrible.
I originally ordered two echo bikes back in june took about a month to get one and then the second one was lost or stolen. Dont ask me how you lose or let a box that size get lost or stolen. Then after we figured out the bike was lost/stolen, it then took another month to wait for the second bike. Once that second bike arrived, it did not work.
I have had to get on the phone with rogue at least 4-5 times, which is about a 50 min wait on the phone. And have also had to email, because the guy in customer service needed a different department to handle my request to try and resolve the bikes issue.
So here I am as a gym owner, waiting to try and fix this bike I have paid for. Just over it. Now trying to get a refund and cant get a answer
Overall I like the quality of the Rogue fitness products, but you are paying a premium for this. That said, I had a problem with a brand new accessory for my Rogue rack where the paint was coming off VERY easily. I only had the product for a week and if I breathed the wrong way the paint came off. Customer service would do nothing. I also ordered safety straps for the same rack system - got the hardware, but NOT the straps! Are you kidding me? The return and refund was no hassle (at least for that issue). Overall not impressed, except for the quality, but YOU ARE PAYING A PREMIUM FOR THAT.
After two months delay I received an email saying that I need to pay an additional three dollars for reshipment which doesn't make sense I could just cancel the order and re-order again. Saying the address was not found and item was sent back then I checked through UPS and the post office and I am able to receive purchase items through every other vendor google, eBay, Amazon, Wayfair, fresh foods, A dozen grocery stores and retail stores Rogue fitness is literally the only supplier that is having difficulty with my address Unable to get a hold of anybody on customer service and I have not received item in the mail or a refund. This is a total scam. They only work with top vendors to promote their products (CrossFitness) and they don't care about smaller consumers. I'm a client with Kirton & McConkie lawfirm in Utah and I'm almost to the point of a SLAPP lawsuit with them. Stupid Rogue fitness if you want to get ahold of me you can contact me one last time at *******@gmail.com. Thank you
I would give this company a negative star if I could. Ordered an item 12 days ahead for it arrive 5 days from now so basically I gave them 17 days to ship something and it still hasn't shipped. Horrible horrible service and company. Do not buy from these people.
I bought a squat rack, barbell, plates, spotter arms and a bench. The quality of all the products was excellent. The customer service team was easy to reach and communicated effectively. While shipping was somewhat slow, it is understood that at this time, there is a huge demand for fitness equipment.
Spent 30 dollars on something they never even delivered. Made calls and I guess I got scammed. Dont bother buying here. Waste of time! I'd give it a 0 if i could.
Great products for decent prices. However, the customer service is lacking. They keep lying about the status of my shipment instead of telling me whats really happening. They will hang up on you during your call, take forever to respond. Its unfortunate but I will have to start using a different website for my fitness gear just so I can avoid these headaches
These guys don't give a crap for customer service. Order. You'll find out. Great products most of the time but their customer support is ridiculous. I did originally put in the wrong address but called them right away. Could NOT help me. Terrible. They don't have the ability to reroute a package within 2 weeks but you can wait for 5-7 business days(Wait they mean 15-17) Who does that?
I would give them zero stars if i could. We ordered (and paid for) an assault bike and never received it. We have sent multiple emails. They keep telling us different things about our order. We called Rogue and waited almost 2 hours to talk to someone, who told us to contact UPS. We had already contacted UPS and they did not pick anything up from Rogue! UPS said Rogue created a label but nothing has been shipped. Now when we call we can't get through. Do not order through Rogue!
Company continually fails to deliver, over priced, and lies to paying customers. I have ordered over 4k in product, website lies about availability, do not trust them. They constantly fail to respond, or adjust order. Worst experience.
We have a Rogue squat rack, and recently ordered the add-on plate storage... somehow, they shipped it to an ENTIRELY wrong address in a different state, and one we've never been to. They take no responsibility! Told us to change the address with UPS, which UPS said THEY need to do. E-mail exchange was completely uninformed and unhelpful, and we've been on hold on the phone for over 45 minutes.
After placing my order, I sent an email to sales and teams at roguefitness.com to ask that an item ordered in large be changed to XL. No response, and while the shipment was quick, I will have to send back this item for an exchange. Would have been nice if they monitored their email accounts to avoid the hassle and extra expense.
I got a job working on their assembly line. The day I started they changed my schedule without telling me, is was a different schedule than the one I was hired for. When I was hired I told them I had another job and could not do weekends. Then they changed my schedule to be during the weekend. Then they told me I had to chose either them or the the job that I have had for almost a whole year! When I asked it they could help me out so I could do both jobs, they said no and told me to leave/quit.
Rogue does not treat their employees well, and they are not at all flexible. Not to mention, their HR is incredible unhelpful and their response time takes forever.
I recently placed an order with Rogue in March 2020, about the same time as everyone else figured they better buy some home fitness equipment since all the gyms are closed due to coronavirus. Part of my order shipped out right away but the rest was stuck in limbo. I spent several frustrating days e-mailing and chatting with Rogue to no avail. Fortunately, Caity Henninger (Rogue's Chief Sales Officer and wife of the owner) got involved and delivered FAR more than anything I had asked for- which was simply to ship the remaining items from my order. The products are great and despite my initial frustration with Rogue, Caity came through in a big way. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
"The Rogue Way"
I've used Rogue gear in various gyms throughout the country and have always liked their construction. As a result, I placed an online order with Rogue 11 days ago. The order was scheduled to be sent in 7 shipments, one of which I received two days ago. Three of the items are still not showing as "shipped." Despite repeated efforts to contact Rogue and get some clarity on my order, they're "too busy" to help me.
I attempted to contact Rogue Fitness via phone (they're not taking calls due to coronavirus). Okay, fine. The voicemail indicates that I should contact them via chat or e-mail. I've sent at least a half dozen e-mails over the last four days and I have not received a single response (until just a few minutes ago). I tried "chatting" twice..the first time I wasted 26 minutes to no avail and the second time I wasted an hour with the same result. The aloofness and indifference by the customer service representative was mind boggling. They didn't seem even the slightest bit interested in resolving my issue. Both chat representatives claimed that my entire order had shipped. This was a lie told twice. I finally received an e-mail response from James H. (who at least had a semblance of trying to help--unlike anyone else). Contrary to the information I received that the remaining three items had already shipped (they hadn't), James told me that none of the three items had shipped. I responded back via e-mail that I wanted him to cancel those remaining three items that had not shipped and refund my money for those items plus tax + shipping. No response thus far.
I wish I had seen other Yelp reviews before making my purchase because I would have gone elsewhere. I just did a quick search for Rogue Fitness & BBB. You'll find other negative reviews there as well. Particularly interesting is the complaint that Rogue deletes negative reviews- hence that may explain their 4.8 star rating.
To say I'm extremely disappointed by this low level of customer service would be an understatement. I will never buy anything from Rogue given the abysmal level of customer service. I could not be more dissatisfied with my experience.
I recently ordered 3 items on Nov 21rst for a Christmas present and upon giving the item to the recipient on Christmas Day the items were not what he expected.
I returned the items in the original packaging and was issued a Rougue GC.
I did not want a Rougue GC I wanted a refund! How can you possibly buy a gift for someone for Christmas and give it to them and still be within your 30 day return window.
You should absolutely have a bigger window at Christmas for returns and on top of that having to pay to return a Christmas gift is unbelievable.
Rogue is known for having the best gear in the weightlifting business. Their gear is definitely top-notch but their lackluster customer service makes you want to avoid them altogether. Their site descriptions are often inaccurate and then Rogue doesn't take responsibility for it and you have to pay the cost of sending items back to them.
I've bought a lot of Rogue equipment over the years. Spent a crap ton of money on that equipment. Which I have been impressed with. Do not buy Rouge clothing however. Also they need to do a better job in the customer satisfaction area. Not to thrilled about the clothing that I received.
I Purchased a Rogue Rig from A gym that was going out of business in Albany NY. I wanted to purchase a dirty south pullup bar from Rogue but I was not sure about its compatibility with my rig so I called Rogue. I asked if I could send a pic so they could help me figure out which rig I had. They said that is a possibility but we can likely figure it out by having you answer some questions. I answered the questions and the rep from rogue told me I had a monster lite rig so I purchased the bar. The bar arrived and I painted it red to give my rig some personality. Then when I went to install it I realized it was not compatible. Now Rogue Is telling me they won't return it because it has been altered and they're telling me they won't accept responsibility because they cannot find my call record as evidence that one of their reps made a mistake. I literally spoke to the rep on the phone for about 10 minutes hung up with them and immediately placed my order on the computer. It surprises me that a big company Like rogue can't afford to spend $350 to fix a mistake that they made. And I'm sitting in my gym full of rogue equipment all the benches all of the bumper plates many of the kettle Bells many of the slam balls and all of the olympic bars are Rogue which disgusts me even more. I would definitely not recommend rogue. We all know that rogue products are good But I would never recommend or stand by a company that refuses to take responsibility when they make a mistake. Essentially they leave the little guy to fend for themselves and suffer for their mistakes. There mark up is high. Their shipping costs are high and there return policy is ridiculous. 1 star.
Answer: Ordered an Echobike to Toronto, Canada. 15 days from order to delivery, no issues whatsoever. Prompt customer service replies, item arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the product itself.
Answer: Yes, Titan Fitness has similar gear that is really nice but they don't always have things in stock.
