They can't handle a basic residential delivery. It's not like I live out in the middle of nowhere - 0.25 mile off a 3 lane main road. They got my 3,000lbs worth of gym equipment within 20 miles and then pretty much said - figure it out yourself. Terrible customer service. Let's hope the equipment turns out great... if I can ever get it home.

I purchased a pair of sneakers that did not fit correctly, I went to return them and they charged me $14.50. I purchase many things on the internet and its usually free returns or exchanges... not with this company!

Ordered $1500. 00 in products at Rogue Fitness website. Called customer service and got hung up while I was asking a question. First red flag. Ok, I tried again and that time the attendant wasn't helpful and also not pleasant to speak with. Ended up cancelling my entire order thanks to the attendant name Alain D. I'm taking my business elsewhere, I can now imagine how bad it would be if I had to contact Rogue Fitness again for a warranty issue.

Wednesday I made my first attempted to place a large equipment order from ROGUE. On the website I placed in all of the items, went thru adding the billing address, a PO Box, and then attempted to add my shipping address. The site would not allow the two different addresses. So I called Customer Service - they instructed me to change bowers I did - the same result. They then informed me I needed to email the quote department, customer service is not allowed to place any order you have to get a quote from the quote team and that must be done via email. I send off my email to the "quote team". And wait 2 days for their response.

To make matters worse I had went back online to try and place the order giving them the benefit of doubt that maybe they were having some server problems, I had the same issue. I reprinted the "invoice" with the items I had placed the day before and added two additional items and waited for my quote from the "quote team.

Today, I open the email and the attached quote, the quote is higher then the "invoice" I had gotten when trying to place the order on line by over $500.00.

I read the email again and it says "If you have any questions or changes, please feel free to reply so that we can assist. To order, please feel free to give us a call at *******190, option 1 and any of our team members can help get your quote placed." Thinking this is just a possible pricing issue and that since I have a quote customer service maybe able to add items to an existing quote.

I call the number and speak with the customer service rep from OPTION 1, she can not help me I'll need to contact the quote team, however she does tell me I can call and select OPTION 2 to speak with the quote team. So I call I get ALEX the one listed on the email. PERFECT! Nope, Alex is rude talks over the top of me, is not able to resolve any of my issues. He tells me I can screen shot the pricing I see on line and email that to the quote for them to review, he can not add items to the quote with out the email to the quote team or I can place the order on line... I explain again I can not place the order on line it will not change the billing address (PO BOX) and the shipping address (Physical Location) to two different address. He tells me "well i've never heard of that problem" and that I have to email the quote team. I ask for a manager... He speaks over me again and tells me he doesn't understand what I am not getting. He refuses to let me talk with a manager and keeps repeating - I have to send an email to the quote team for their review.

If at ALL possible DO NOT give this company any of your business! Worst customer service I have EVER uncounted. I I could give negative stars I would.

Overall Unhealthy
July 8, 2021

Rogue is absolutely not the job for you if you have any issues not completely adhering to your managers' nonsense of tasks. They expect you to work under the most ridiculous conditions as well as bend the rules to either work in your favor or to fire you once they see fit. Upper management is not involved at all with entry level workers and could not care less about how you feel or if you feel the job could go easier. Coming from someone that has years of experience from Rogue this place is not worth it unless you want their money, which is great might I add. Ask yourself this: Do you value your mental/physical health over your financial wellbeing? If so then don't work here. Trust me, it is not worth it.

We ordered $3k worth of equipment and it was left on the road in front of our house. They said we should of taken pictures of everything but we were worried about someone hitting the equipment so we had to quickly get a 1000lbs of equipment off the road. Very poor customer service as well, they didn't even care and blamed the delivery service.

Late February 2021 I ordered a Rogue Echo Bike from Rogue Fitness. The Bike arrived on 3/3/2021. I began using the bike the same week and noticed the HR on the console was not accurate, off up to 50 beats per minute when compared to polar beat app and garmin fenix 5x plus. The app and the watch both displayed correct HR readings while the Rogue fitness monitor did not. I immediately contacted Rogue and after jumping through hoops for a few weeks they finally decided to send a replacement. The replacement took another 3-4 weeks to be sent. I received the replacement in April 2021. I installed it and tested it out but noticed the same incorrect HR readings happening. I was using my phone in the "Rogue phone holder" on the echo bike playing music. I noticed that with no external HR transmitting device the Rogue console would show HR readings on its own with the readings all over the place. After much time wasted troubleshooting, I determined that electronics and sound causes the HR function of the Rogue console to malfunction. I contacted Rogue again and this is the response I received some time later We wanted to follow up regarding your monitor's heart rate readings. There have been a number of questions related to the monitor, connectivity, interference and how the software interprets and displays signals from connected devices. We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we would not recommend using an external speaker close to the console if trying to obtain an accurate heart rate reading. Our team and the manufacturer are working on a possible fix, but at this time, we unfortunately, do not have any other solution. Thanks for understanding. Ben D." To date I have not heard back and the console continues to malfunction. On Rogue's website this is the description of the console. " mounted LCD console measures 6.375" x 6.375" and features a crystal clear, high contrast display. Athletes can select or create a wide range of modes, including Intervals (20/10,10/20 or a custom Work/Rest interval), Target (choose a goal Time, Distance or Calories and the console will count down based on your selection), and Heart Rate Tracking (please note that a heart rate transmitter is required to send data, but is not included). The console runs on two AA batteries, which are included."No where does it mention that is does not work with the phone holder specifically made for the bike. If it has a phone holder then one should be able to utilize a phone in this position. As someone who uses HR zones for workouts this makes it very hard to utilize this piece of equipment. No other gym equipment professional or home use that I have used does this. This bike and all its extra's were expensive. $799 for the bike. I should be entitled to a refund for something that does not function correctly. To date I have not received anything.

You guys are really pissing me off. I ordered a 62 lb kbell and I'm still waiting. Ordered it mid May and still waiting and it was a birthday gift. I am giving it one more day then I'm writing letters and contacting the BBB. It has been way too long. So I hope this is fixed.

If there were a world record for worst customer experience, Rogue would win first place. The amount of order errors and lack of care from their customer service department is truly baffling and one for the books. I placed an order April 25th. I wanted to exchange one item for a different weight. I placed the exchange through their automated system and received the wrong weight two weeks later. I contacted them, was understanding and polite about the error and requested a replacement. I had to pay $3 to print the shipping label at UPS for Rogue's error. I waited another week for the correct item to arrive only to receive TWO replacement items instead of one. And the craziest part... NEITHER OF THEM WERE WHAT I ORDERED! Frustration full fledge by this point, I contacted them again. They said they ordered pickups for the two items through UPS and get this... THEY GAVE UPS THE WRONG ADDRESS! The amount of stupidity and errors from this company is truly baffling. Honestly, I'm laughing at this point and telling every soul, including gym clients of mine, to purchase equipment anywhere and everywhere but here. I truly hope they lose many clients. Worst part? No apologies, no compensation for all this lost time and wasted money printing labels. It is now June 7th and the weights are still sitting in front of my house. Screw you Rogue, you guys are the world's worst company. The service reps who "helped me" are Paul C, Trey B and Marc Russell. Each and every one of you sucks.

I spent over $3K on a package that included over 15 different products from Rogue. It is now over two months later, the package has been misplaced and I have not received an explanation of where it is, when to expect it, etc. There have been two parts that have arrived and one piece was damaged. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

I'm very familiar with the equipment. I've used it many times and when doing my home gym I didn't even shop around. Big mistake. I'm not sure I would have found a better set up. My problem is the service once order was placed. It took over 2 months to pack the order and now it is with a freight company that won't deliver the product to my door. It comes to my curb and yes there is a big difference especially if you have a long driveway.

So Im not in a dispute over my driveway length. The recommendation from Rogue. I rent my own truck and drive and get the material from the freight warehouse myself. Nice work customer service. Eventually this type of stuff will erode brand hopefully. Buyer beware. Not good people on that side of the trade regardless if their equipment is well made.

I received a defective echo-bike and the seller is refusing to refund me the money even though this is a breach of contract on their behalf... the bike caused me to injured myself the first time I tried using it due to its defects. Their general manager Terry Zeller told me to F off -overall, extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful- I'm in the process of hiring an attorney. Do NOT recommend!

Buyer beware!
March 2, 2021

As a high school strength coach for over 30 years I have purchased a lot of equipment. I have purchased twice from Rogue, the first time about $5,000 worth of bars and bumper plates came off with no issues. I started another order in October 2020, after 3 months and them shipping the wrong bars my school ended up eating over $400 worth of shipping costs. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and kept me in a death spiral of emails and long waits on the phone. You never communicate with the same person twice, it truly was the worst experience imaginable. Although their equipment is good, heaven help you if you need any customer service.

So frustrated with this company. Ordered our rig for our new Gym in December of 2020 with our Gym opening in February of 2021. It's February 22nd and we still have not received our rig! Excuse after Excuses. Even when we call and talk to somebody, they don't care and don't even try to help. We paid over $3600 for equipment and shipping cost and this company does not seem to know how to run a business. We have asked multiple times for a Manager to give us a call and never received a phone call or even an apology.

Shipping and finish issues
February 21, 2021

Ordered an extremely expensive rack from Rogue. It took forever to get here (however due to COVID and shipping issues, I understand).

They didn't send a large chunk of the parts needed for me to actually build the rack. Upon contacting them, they told me that they "forgot" and would be sending them out via the slowest shipping method possible. So now this is another few weeks I won't have my rack.

The rack uprights are all scratched to hell, dented, and have orange peel paint.
(The pictures are two spots on two different uprights, all 4 uprights have the same or worse cosmetic issues) I contacted Rogue about the issue, who had me send them pictures.

They got back to me a few days later, saying they would offer me $75 since the issues are "largely cosmetic".

Paying $2000+ dollars for a power rack means I'm paying for the quality. The idea that they would think this is okay is insulting.

I have to admit that I read some of these reviews and was concerned about buying from Rogue Fitness. I decided to go ahead and placed an order for a full set of bumper plates, an Olympic bar and an HR-2 Half Rack. After I placed my order, they replied that it would not be ready for 6 weeks - which was 2 - 4 weeks longer than they represented on their website. As it turned out, however, they did a great job! All the equipment arrived in just over a week and they were very responsive to a couple of questions and minor order changes. And as you would expect from Rogue, the equipment is terrific. All in all, I had a very good experience with Rogue.

Chinese crap
February 12, 2021

They say they are American made products. Yet when my product arrived it had "Made in China" stickers on it. Customer service was useless. Lesson learned. For all I know they sent me another brand, there was no "Rogue" name anywhere on the product.

Rogue equipment is great, no qqs there. BUT! Customer service is AWFUL.
We ordered equipment, it took forever to get delivered (undertsandably in pandemic), however we were sent a few wrong parts (so unable to use the equipment), we reached out to Rogue (hold is from 15 to 30min, add to that time you'll be on hold while they are "checking" and its at least an hour, there's also an email but noone will send you a response, so might as well skip that option) asking for expedited shipment of the right parts that we bought. It took 2 weeks (!) for us to get the parts to only realize... those were the WRONG parts AGAIN!
We called again, apprently nobody can do anything to expedite anything (WHY?! Apprently the rest of businesses got that "try harder and expedite if you've done your customer wrong" thing under their belt but not Rogue...)
Also apparently no supervisors are ever available (do they exist?)
INCREDIBLY disappointed to buy equipment at this price and be treated like this. SHAME on you Rogue!
Consider other vendors out there to get your gym equipment, Rogue's inresponsiveness and indifference will drive you insane.
