I tried out the free service and cancelled the subscription. There needs to be a per contract fee instead of a subscription only setup. Then I would have given it 5 stars since i write a contract about 2 times a year.

I have a client who wanted a commercial office sub-lease and your site had one I could fill in with names, etc., and make it look good. It was great. Then I cancelled within the 7 day period. It satisfied a quick need I had to make a client happy. I might just be back.
