Reply was swift, but, too much legal language for a simple easement for a private sewer line across the neighbors. Did not provide a good template for Minnesota, both husband and wife must sign. The Neighbor can grant a simple easement to remove title encumbrances from both properties. I have to seek counsel in Minnesota.
