I called "help" and spoke with randy Mathis. I told him I did the wrong thing when thinking it was what my brother wanted. He said my account was already downgraded, which he said meant canceled.
Randy was polite and positive and kind.
Great variety of documents and helpful representatives. I suggest buying a year prescription and not being hit with $39.99 after a trial week. It makes so much sense because there is a good chance that you would need other documents soon.

Christine provided great customer service. I didn't mean to pay for this month of service and she issued a refund for me right away, no questions asked. Most companies like this will cancel your account but issue a refund. I really appreciate it being so hassle free!

I used Rocket Lawyer 2 days ago, when I signed up. I was able to print out a Loan Agreement that I could use. Please CANCEL my subscription and any charges going forward.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on three separate occasions and have been pleased with the results. I needed simple form reports as well as as issue of liability. I have been very pleased with the results I've gotten from my membership with Rocket. Additionally for a mere $1 per month I can return and reactivate my account.

I started with the free trial, because I needed some legal documents Quickly because I had a very short deadline. I was able to navigate the website easily, take care of the documents I needed in a timely manner, and at a very low cost. Also, the recipients I required signatures from, were able to navigate their instructions quickly and easily, which was extremely important to my situation. Using their service gave me peace of mind and helped me handle my situation with minimal stress.
And for a minimal fee, I can have access to my personal documents and create and save more for when needed. At this time, I don't require their other services which are also reasonably priced, I do plan do utilize their services in the future as my needs change.
Their customer service over the phone and online are fantastic! ( Christine Weston/UT was very helpful and listened to my needs as well as offered suggestions for other great services!)

Was curious about the service and signed up for the free trial. My "free" week expired over a holiday weekend and my card was charged for the first month on the seventh day. I called to cancel and the charge was promptly refunded to my card without question. If I ever need such a service will sign up again.

I really like Rocket Lawyer. However their needs to be some flexibility in price. 39.99 monthly for everyone just well isn't a fit for everyone. You have some people that use this to prepare three or four documents ever single day. Then you have people like me that need to produce one document once every three months or so and has to pay the same exact amount. Is there not any way to diversify your packages a bit for us starter ups that just need some help every once in a while but cant afford to pay hundreds of dollars to one lawyer for one form or 40.00 a month every single month to you for the same form?
