I had accidentally let my trial run out and didn't need the actual subscription. I called Dru and she was amazing! She was so friendly, so helpful, and just the perfect person for this job. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give Dru that! If anything, she deserves a raise and a promotion as soon as possible!
