When I called Rocket Lawyer, Dru answered my call. I told her that I was having issues cancelling my subscription and that I had been trying to login and was continously getting told that my Login was incorrect. She verified my name and email address and within a few minutes my subscription was canceled. It was nice to speak with someone as courteous, sweet, nice, and professional as Dru was.

Loved using rocket lawyer to help develop the mortgage, promissory note, warranty deed paperwork. It was easy to cancel subscription when I didn't need it anymore, and this is the second time I've used Rocket lawyer. The customer service is amazing to deal with!

Easy and very satisfied. I was charged 2 months worth of a subscription fee when my intention was to use the trial. I only used it for a week and tried to submit a cancellation but was not successful and did not know I had moved into a subscription memebership until I saw the charges on my statements. When I called there were little questions asked and a credit granted for he misunderstanding. This level of customer service goes a long way and I will use Rocket Lawyers for any future needs.
