I found this service a few days ago when I needed to create a document. I remembered that I didn't want to keep it but forgot to cancel. The representative was very polite in addressing my concerns and offered a refund. I ended up keeping the service at a downgrade rate. I was very surprised and impressed with the service today. Most chat interactions takea lot of time while waiting on someone to answer. The response was quick and I am a satisfied customer.

I was considering cancelling my service because I don't use it very often. The agent gave me info right away on other plans and I opted for one of those plans. She switched me right away and even refunded the last month of fees.

I signed up Rocket Lawyer for a standardized prenup. It was super simple to adjust and get it they way you wanted it. I signed up for the free service but forgot to cancel before it renewed. Since it was a mistake they refunded the fee and was super helpful in cancelling the account and welcomed me back in the future again

When it came to me writing real estate contracts or legal letters Rocket Lawyers helped me through every step of the process. For the most part, I was able to navigate my way through the different sections of contract writing. That is how well their documents are formatted. If I had a question or just needed help with a contract I would email them and receive a response and direction well within 24 hours. If you are like me and cannot afford the initial high costs that come with a law firm for contracts and legal letters, Rocket Lawyer is a great place to start.
