I had signed up to get a copy of a legal form for an issue with parents home and only needed the service for one time transaction. I failed to understand there was a 7 day free trial that would end and we would receive monthly charges of $39.99 for RL services even if we didn't use. I called and spoke with Christine, who so graciously, helped to eliminate and refund our charges. I found just what he needed with a form and even asked for Legal advise, which they offer for additional fee, and RL puts you in contact with a lawyer. Thanks for a great help and will be a returning customer.

Rocket Lawyer has the best online products. For example, they are hands down superior to Legal Zoom. I compared 4 different companies and Rocket Lawyer is the best. The products they offer such as Power of Attorney are professional, official and effective documents. Most importantly, you can edit them to include additions or requirements for your situation.
