I called Rocket Lawyer help line and talked with Selena Trujillo. She was very pleasant and was able to "down-grade" my trial account with Rocket Lawyer very efficiently. I had attempted to do this on the web site but found some of the entries confusing.

Christine was very helpful although I believe that Rocket Lawyer has given a script that requires agents to say Downgrade instead of Cancel and Refund, this caused confusion and I had to ask specifically if she was refunding the charges. But other than that she did a good job and was very pleasant to talk to.
