I briefly used Rocket Law to make a basic contract with a client. The process was clear, simple and valuable.

I actually talked with a human (Kaylee) who answered the phone quickly. There was no endless hold music with advertising.
She was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

I tried the 7day free trial to do a 1099 contract with a future client. I was amazed at how easy it was! Unfortunately, they wanted to use their attorney to draw up the contract. Confusing at first when they appeared on my bill. After the rep received the information he needed to assist me with who they were and when I first signed up with the company I was relieved to know it was a purchase I made and not one where my card number had been confiscated. The representative was professional even through my Leary feeling of the charge and the questions he was required I'm sure to ask in order to resolve my inquiry of the charge.
