I was going to cancel my perception and having a chat with Justina Martinez which was grate who helped me downgrade as at this time I did not need to use the privilege of your services. I only wanted to use document templates. I had a charge of $39 for a subscription. I had them credit and change to a new plan instant and credit back since no services were provided other than document templates.
