I found I had numerous charges to my business account. I called in to request a refund and Sabrina was extremely professionally and acted swiftly to address and correct my concerns. She was apologetic and handled the matter with the best of class! She exemplified the prime definition of providing excellent customer service while maintaining great average call time. We need more like her everywhere! Providing great customer service seems to be a thing of the past as very few companies set out to provide an excellent customer experience, but I see Rocket Lawyer has old school values. So often when trying to resolve and issue, especially one involving a credit or refund, there is a little bit of push back from the agent due to company policy, NOT THIS TIME. What a relief to be able to call and have friendly, quick, efficient, and accommodating service delivered. Connor checks all the boxes for an excellent customer service call. Assuming my google search for free legal forms for an eviction was showing FREE forms, I flipped out seeing your monthly charges. Connor called me back very quickly after I had left my number. I was wanting to stop using the Rocket Lawyer services within the 7 days allotment.
