I had a number of questions about how the registered office i signed up for works. Kristina worked hard to ensure that I found all the answers and was satisfied. Thank you for the excellent service.

I was annoyed because I signed up for the account, had a client waiting on the agreement, and could not access it. Madison picked up my call, and with patience and calm, she walked me through the process in spite of my obnoxious behavior.
Besides, her attitude convinced me not to cancel the subscription.

I totally forgot I signed up for a free trial and apparently have been paying for this for 3 months 🤦🏼‍😅 I realized it when I got charged today and called to request a refund. JoJo helped me out and was able to get 2 months refunded back to me! Yay! So since I never actually used it I don't know if it's good or not, but the customer service was awesome! Thanks JoJo!

I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and Patricia was extremely nice and very inviting to talk with. She gave me a refund with no hassle and waited for me to confirm via email that I did receive the notification. We should have more people like Patricia to work in customer service. She is genuine and you can hear it in her voice that she's there to take care of people. She exceeded my expectations!
