I totally forgot I signed up for a free trial and apparently have been paying for this for 3 months 🤦🏼😅 I realized it when I got charged today and called to request a refund. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and Patricia was extremely nice and very inviting to talk with. She gave me a refund with no hassle and waited for me to confirm via email that I did receive the notification. We should have more people like Patricia to work in customer service. She is genuine and you can hear it in her voice that she's there to take care of people. She exceeded my expectations!

Crafted a will for my sister. Downloaded it then downgraded my account because I can't imagine how I would need a subscription for future services. Kristina helped me. This is not the first time I've used your services, which are excellent. I'm always happy to pay for the services I use, but I have zero need and zero interest for a subscription.
