Free one week trial membership offered great value and provided the exact customized legal documents I was looking for. I had two accounts with rocket lawyer. One originated in 2012. I opened a new account this past July. Your computer was trying to access my old account.The call taker analyze the problem and corrected it immediately. Very good customer service!

I had upgraded the account for a week. I completed my form (a durable power of attorney); printed it off; and was off to the hospital to have the document signed. Subsequently, on July 8th, the individual for whom I drawn the document died. On the 10th of July, I downgraded the account. Likewise, on the 10th of July, the company charged my account fir another month. Kevin Phelps. The customer rep understood what had happened and refunded my fees.
It's refreshing to find someone who could see what my intent was and not make me jump through hoops for my refund.
I will recommend Rocket Lawyer to all my friends and family, based on my personal experience with the Representative.

As a pensioner and on a once of time my son used your services. Unbeknown to me I have been billed $40 per month since 2019 for the once of use. The shocking fact is although Racket Lawyers have records that the account has not been used again. Fair trade is when there is fair trade between two parties. Just another racket if you are oblivious to the unexpected.

I was billed for a membership that I was only going to use for the 7 day free trial, so I called Rocket Law to hopefully get it figured out and my money back. The representative I spoke to went above and beyond to tell me that she was able to stop the membership and any future billing and also refund my money that was charged on my account. I was very grateful for her and the efforts she did to make this happen. She was also very polite and friendly. So thank you for your services.

At Rocket Lawyer, we do provide a Divorce Settlement Agreement and a Divorce Worksheet, which can help with this process, but it will not be the only documentation you will need. You may need to obtain documents from your local county clerk's office, I'd recommend giving them a call or visiting them in person.
