Due to a medical issue I had not used Rocket Lawyer in 4 months. When I explained this to Sabrina in customer service she offered her concern and immediately offered to refund my money. This was more than I expected as often many companies take a rigid position and refuse to assist in any way. Rocket Lawyer is fortunate to have Sabrina representing their company.

I used the free trial for a document that I needed. I canceled my service the day my card was charged and they issued a full refund. The service was easy to use and very covenant. I joined and got a great deal of information on the site as well as documents I desparetly needed. Then forgot about otherr commintments and had to cancel.
