I can not say enough about the excellent customer service Kevin Phelps provided today. I had a real problem with my document, printing 73 blank pages. And reached out for support. Kevin tried and tried to reach a supervisor to get help for me, in that this was something he could not handle. While waiting he continued to come back to me to reassure me he had not forgotten me. He went ver and beyond t make sure that I understood the product, how it worked and was so very respectful and helpful. I write this review because over the last several months I have had my share of disrespectful, non caring, ignorant of their jobs customer care employees from various companies. Kevin was very refreshing and without a doubt someone who cared about his customer and the company in which he works. Please I recommend giving him a raise he is really worth keeping.
Over-all positive and professional. Kevin was respectful to my request.
He did approach supervisor for additional support on a request.
We found a mutual common ground.

I needed a legal contract and found these people online. They had several ideas and were very easy to use. After the contract was completed I called to cancel my subscription and then was offered a much better deal. They were very helpful and am glad to have them in my corner :).

I made a mistake of not cancelling the service as soon as the trial was over. Two months passed by and found out the charges from the Credit card bill. Since I did not use the service, I talked to Kevin and he was such a great person and worked with me on a perfect solution. He was so kind and understanding the customer need. If i need to use this company service, certainly i will do in the future

I just needed one document for personal use. I found the complete process very easy to navigate and the finished document was customized for use in my State. It was very helpful that Rocket Lawyer also included a checklist specifying follow-up actions I needed to take in order to utilize the document.

I recently reviewed my bank statement and noticed a recurring charge from RocketLaw. I am not aware of a account of this sort. I called the number associated with ACH debit and spoke with Sabrina from your organization. She was very helpful in helping sort out the issue. The e-mail on file was not an e-mail I use and so she actually help me realize that my card and identity may be compromised. The young lady was considerate and kind, a true ambassador for your company.
