I had a wonderful experience with this customer service rep. I called earlier in the week to cancel my membership. I was told it was cancelled and it still wasn't. This time around, it was done in a quick and timely manner. I also received my refund immediately! Thank you so much!

I retained " rocket lawyer" to help me with property taxes and a living will.
Shortly there after I no longer needed there assistance but continued to pay there fee of $39.99 per month. After paying this amount for approx. Seven months, I contacted them and they refunded me!

Used this site to create some personal documents. It was reasonably quick and easy to use the templates. All I had to do is print and get them notarized.
I ended up upgrading because you can only make 3 documents in the trial period. The 39.99 however was a much better price than if I had gone to an attorney.
I did have a question which I called customer service about and they were helpful to get me to the correct place and explained the situation thoroughly.
Overall, I'm truly pleased with the site.

It is not often that you get incredible customer service. It seems to be a lost art and I have come to expect poor customer service from most companies. But then you have an experience like I had today, and your faith is restored in the goodness of people and how it is still possible to have a great customer service experience. Today when I reached out from Ireland, where are living for the next few months, to resolve an issue with Rocket Lawyer, I never expected to get such great customer service. Sabrina, who answered my call was wonderful, delightful and extremely competent. I no sooner hung up than I turned to my business associate and told him, "Your business would take off, if you could have someone like Sabrina to represent your company.! She was that good!
