I was calling on what I know was a billing error but I was very upset and Kevin just made me feel that I did not have to get angry or irate. He came across as a very happy-go-lucky guy and proceeded with that attitude throughout the entire process. He was able to resolve my issue and get me the help I needed without any confrontation or anger on my part! And let me tell you I was ready to fight! He was absolutely a breath of fresh air I thought I would have to get angry and cancel my service but, no he explained that he resolved it and not only that got me hooked up on a plan that works for my business!
