Kevin got what I needed taken care of right away. He was polite and efficient and didn't try to sell me stuff I don't want or need! My only critique would be to not refer to customers as darling or love; you can't go wrong with miss or sir when addressing clients.

I called to terminate service and was offered to downgrade to a lesser plan. When I said "No, thanks" he carried on with my desire and helped me terminate. The credit for my most recent charge is being issued as well.

I used rocket lawyer to create a residential lease agreement with the free trial.
It was fairly easy to use and covered areas on the lease that I had not thought of

You may need to obtain documents from your local county clerk's office, I'd recommend giving them a call or visiting them in person.
