I had the opportunity to talk to Kevin today about a refund for my premium membership bill. I was a day late on cancelling my membership and Kevin was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get me a refund confirmation e-mail in a matter of minutes. Kevin is very friendly and positive and seems like a great guy to have on your team!

Tried out the 7 day free trial as to needing the promissory note between 2 parties. Easy to fill out form was great. Unfortunately the other party that needed to sign the form did not sign and send back through Rocket Lawyer. Emailed cancellation during the 7 day free trial and did receive confirmation. I spoke with Kevin Phelps to follow up with confirming cancellation. He was grea, t helpful, and very polite. Thank you for understanding.

Randy explained everything about the document I printed and was very courteous about the confusion on my part. He is refunding the charge and has offered me a $1.00 monthly charge monthly which I refused, but he graciously thanked me for my business and suggested I should return if I ever need another document in the future. I appreciate his explanation and he was very helpful. Too bad other companies do not have such friendly service. He is definitely an asset to your company.

I have explored the site at least twice and found it easy to use, but my once every year use did not warrant a premiu m subscription. So I called to cancel, and the representative was spontaneous, warm, and attentive. She understood my reason for wanting to cancel and took action to cancel the account immediately. If I needed that type of service, I would definitely consider Rocket Lawyer!
