I called to cancel my service and the representative was quite helpful. He answered my questions, attended to my needs and ended the call in less than 6 minutes. I appreciated the speed at which this was done. He respected my time. Finally, he asked if I would help him and complete the survey. The website offered a 7 day trial, but made it challenging to sign up for it and ask a question for a lawyer. This necessitated a call to customer service. The very pleasant woman gave me instructions on how to proceed. I then emailed to confirm the 7 day trial with subsequent billing, and the response was that my trial was bypassed and the account went straight to the credit card charge. This necessitated call #2.
My billing was corrected to reflect the trial, and the charge was reimbursed. I then proceeded to create a document, but it wouldn't complete until I paid the monthly fee, thus ignoring my trial -- thus, call #3.
This time I reached Selena, who immediately resolved the issue (after consultation with her supervisor).
Selena was very pleasant, reassuring, patient and thorough in has assistance. Not only did she resolve the issue that the others didn't, but she also somewhat restored my confidence in Rocket Lawyer. I'll see how it goes from here, and will only talk with Selena if necessary. Five stars for Selena.

I was able to locate, generate, download, edit, and sign a document to meet my needs.
I was able to speak to a person immediately to resolve my membership concern.
My experience with Rocket Lawyer was good from beginning to end.
Although I chose to cancel my membership, I would recommend the service to anyone with a regular need to generate legal documents.

I needed to generate a signable rental lease quickly to help me manage a rental property. Rocket Lawyer's walk-through process for creating the lease was both simple and comprehensive, and it generated a draft lease quickly. I had to edit it a bit to be specific to my circumstances, and the editing interface was easy to use (though do note that if you remove a clause you have to manually re-number all the remaining clauses!).
Afterwar I had some questions about the subscription, and Justina was super helpful and got everything I needed done quickly and cheerfully. Overall a great experience!
