I called in today to edit the actual verbiage of the document. I first had issues doing that. Then I called in reaching Jacob, who in general is a pleasure to speak with, but really patient and knows how to direct. We eventually after using 3 devices realized it could be an issue on your end so we waited a few a more minutes after refreshing 5 times, it worked! He got me to a place I could edit and download on my own. I'm grateful for his service and patience. Please be good to him! Call me anytime if you have questions.

Although I could not see everything I was looking for on the public website, once I reset my password with the gal's assistance, I was able to lock in a rate that was not even advertised that was less than the cost of one lunch per month! Deal. I know I saved $$$ over the cost of the alternative program I was considering. I am glad I remembered Rocket Lawyer before I signed an agreement locking me in for 12 months with the other firm. I hadn't used Rocket Lawyer in over 4 years and yet all my previous documents were still in my personal folder once I signed in.

Marco was the representative that attended to my needs immediately. Where I thought I may have been lost in the Rocket Lawyer universe, he easily reeled me back down to Earth and made the rest of my day pleasant. He listened to my concerns and requests and directed me to the proper form(s) for my new business. He even understood my request to pass along to the tech department regarding deleted forms. I really appreciate Marcos' attentiveness and friendly nature. I don't wish to speak with another rep. At Rocket Lawyer unless it's Marcos. He is AMAZING!

I needed a document form to submit to a bank after my mother's death. I reluctantly took the 7 day free trial offered hoping that I would remember to cancel my membership for free. I printed and submitted the document successfully - very easily- and the next day went to cancel. I selected "Downgrade" to start which created a chat with a live person.
Who then offered to keep the membership for only $1.00 a month to access all kinds of forms and I can cancel any time. I know I'll be using living will, power of attorney, and bills of sale soon so I kept it. The whole transaction took about a minute in the online chat. No waiting for the "real person" to answer all questions and now when I need something I know exactly where to find and store it.
