I called rocket lawyer for assistance because I was unable to use the document that was procured for me from the site. I was on the phone with Kevin from their customer support in just a couple minutes. He walked me thru what I was asking and we determined the problem was on my end, whole call only lasted 5 minutes. Very nice to be able to get ahold of an actual human to assist with the problem quickly unlike many other customer support centers these days.

I realized I was being charged a monthly fee when I checked my bank statement this month. I no longer needed Rocket Layers services and called to see if he could help me.
