It was really easy for me to create an NDA and get it signed by all parties. Took less than a half hour. Thanks for that. No thanks for the automatic monthly membership charge though. It's quite likely I glossed over some fine print as I was creating my Free document, and I get that you need to make money. Somehow, I thought your business model was: lure them in with a freebee, charge for the next one or more advanced services. I didn't think I was signing up for a $39 monthly charge. I likely would have bailed on the freebee had that been made very clear to me. I called support as soon as I saw the charge and the very nice support person offered to refund the charge. Thanks for that. If I require legal services in the future I will still check out Rocket Lawyer, I'll just beware of what it'll actually cost.
I spoke to have on 02/25/2022 he cancel my membership and refunded me back my $39.99 thank you.

I overlooked 7 days free trial and passed the date and my card was charged. When I found out, I called company and the rep names Kevin P was so professional and even issued me credit. If I need any legal matter, I will definitely go to this company.

Tucker assisted with document signing which he found a way through trial with helping me resolve my issue. Signing docs link needs some major changes and upgrades to make it more user friendly and easier to navigate to make changes. I shouldn't have had to call tech support for this matter which demonstrates the need for a simpler solution
