Jacob did an amazing job helping me resolve my issue, but this isn't the first time it's happened. I'd give a lower star rating if it didn't affect Jacob's QA. The site continuously loses track of important documents that have already been signed. This causes friction with clients as I have to have them sign duplicate documents repeatedly.

Helpful, understanding, polite... the answer was simple but I wasn't finding it. Found it when on the call, after going through login and such, and he was understanding about it. He also wanted to go ahead and check the account anyways, to be sure there weren't any other issues.
