Jacob did an amazing job helping me resolve my issue, but this isn't the first time it's happened. I'd give a lower star rating if it didn't affect Jacob's QA. The site continuously loses track of important documents that have already been signed. This causes friction with clients as I have to have them sign duplicate documents repeatedly.

I have had to call Rocket Lawyer for assistance with my Lease Agreement due to several mistakes in the info given me by my clients. So I had to redo the document 3 times.
