When I submitted the Quit Claim deed, the Recorder was impressed that I did it myself. She said it looked like a lawyer did it. I saved a $200 lawyer fee.

I don't have much use for legal documents but needed a promissory note. I found Rocket Lawyer produces this document (even with amortization tables) tailored to your state law.
I also liked that it can solicit esignatures which makes the transaction paperless. The documents are stored in their servers to access whenever to need them.
I was able to do this on their introductory offer and their subscription plan would make sense for someone one who deals frequently with legal documents or ones that require esignatures.

Did not know this service existed and would use it again if needed. Only thing I would like to see changed is it took me a good 15+ minutes to find the area on their site where I had to go to cancel the service because I only needed a single document.

My mother passed recently leaving behind a small estate. I didn't want to pay the proposed $800.00 in attorneys fees plus I was told $400.00 - $600.00 dollars in court costs. My wife found Rocket Lawyer online so I tried it out. I ended up paying the free trial fee of $5.00 plus filing fee at the court house of $210.00 and settled the entire estate LEGALLY! I do however wish you guys would offer the ability to buy legal documents on an as needed basis one at a time without having to do the subscription thing. I just don't need a lawyer enough to justify a subscription and most of us don't and that's the only reason I'm giving you four stars instead of five.
