After conducting an audit on our business bank account we discovered 39.99 monthly charges since June of 2022 that we did not authorize. After speaking with the Rep, she was more then helpful in de-activating the account and offer a small refund. She walked me through getting on the site changing the password and removing the account information that had been added including the payment information so that this can't happen again. It was easy, efficient and swift... no drama, not negotiating with a 'customer service rep', she made the entire experience refreshing. While I didn't get all of my money back the experience was very pleasant.

I signed up for the rocket lawyer trial. When I attempted to cancel the trial to prevent charges, it was not done immediately. I called again, and Brittany was able to cancel the trial for me.

Can't imagine a worse, sneaky online experience. I was quickly charged two monthly fees of $39.99 for services I did not authorize.
When I called them Rosechelle was prompt at reversing the charges. Reversal MAY TAKE TEN BUSINESS DAYS.

At Rocket Lawyer, we do provide a Divorce Settlement Agreement and a Divorce Worksheet, which can help with this process, but it will not be the only documentation you will need. You may need to obtain documents from your local county clerk's office, I'd recommend giving them a call or visiting them in person.
