I was reviewing my credit card statement and didn't recognize a charge. I called the number associated with the charge and Lauren answered. She was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. Explained everything to me which made me recall what I had used rocket lawyer for in the past. Lauren definitely one of the most professional customer services reps i have experienced in a long time.

I did have good use of retrieving needed Documents for my free trail time. But after opting out of the monthly I was still charged for 2 months.
I immediately called and made them awof this and they have assume that it will no longer happen and refunded my money. Waiting 7-10 days to return my money they took out 15 minutes ago.

Very simple very straightforward Karen was A delight she helped me through the process answer all my questions. She took her time to listen to me I had a lot to say I thought I was gonna be charged or have to keep this for life and it. Turns out that you guys. Let me use your program for free and I will use you if I have any difficulties in needle lawyer which are my last renter I did turns. Outurns out she had animals living in the house in the Winter. Goats and turdestroyed the carpet cost a lot of money from now on. I'm using your services to protect myself thank you for offering it.
