I subscribed to Rocket Lawyer to prepare several legal documents. The completion of the forms was very intuitive and produced professional-looking results. Having finished my tasks, I was going to discontinue my subscription. In the process of doing so, the associate that I worked with (Justina) described an opportunity to remain subscribed at a reduced rate. I was sold! Justina did a great job of representing not only Rocket Lawyer, but its products as well. Bravo!

It was a pleasure working with this company. I went to the tryout and did a lease and it was easy to understand and even offered eSigning but after a couple day I decided to cancel because I realized, as a registered Realtor, that I have access to eSign thru my association membership.

Somehow a one off use of RocketLawyer turned into a monthly subscription. (A problem others have experienced.) I called to rectify it and get a credit for charges. Christa was excellent at warmly and efficiently hearing my dissatisfaction and rectifying it. (I think. Credit back could take up to 10 days.)

The free document was very complete and easy to fill out. What was not explained was that they were going to charge $1.00 in order to verify I was a real client with a valid credit card. I called to ask about it, which is how I found out, and was told it would be immediately credited back to my account.

THE PERSON I WORKED WITH WAS REALLY UNDERSTANDING AND CHANGED ME TO THE PLAN THAT BEST SUITS OUR NEEDS AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS MY FAULT. I SIGNED UP FOR IT AND FORGOT AND NEVER CALLED TO EITHER CANCEL OR QUESTION THE PLAN.

I needed to draft a Will along with various powers of attorney for a 92 year old gentleman who was unmarried and had no kids. I was doing my best to find an assisted living facility - and I needed a bunch of forms for him. I logged onto Rocket Lawyer - and I was truly impressed with how easy it was to navigate the various legal issues; how easy it was to get documents drawn out and notarized. For a seasoned trial lawyer with absolutely no experience in Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorneys - this was a God-send. I would recommend this site without reservation.
