The preparation of mortgage documents was fairly easy to understand and seemed to be complete and accurate. I am very happy with the effort it took and the product (mortgage documents) that I prepared using RocketLaw. I was disappointed that I missed the first opportunity to cancel my membership and I ended up paying for a few months of service that I didn't need.

The documents that I have created have been easy to complete and seem very thorough. Although, I have yet to put the to a challenge. The support staff is very helpful, I had my questions and concerns answered easily and the consulting attorney was very knowledgable and helpful.

I had problems signing in and getting my password changed… Tucker was able to resolve my issues within moments. Later that day I had problems with rocket lawyer, accepting credit cards that I had put in four different credit cards, I call the toll-free number Tucker answered again and he was able to not only put me right through for gave me 14 days free of charge. This man should be promoted immediately. Thank you Tucker for all your pleasant customer service
