Very frustrating, the I opened the site because to said it was free. Got done to find out oh know it would costs $5 and then start charging you per month without reaching out to you to let you know that was happening. Finally I found a number to call, thankfully, the person clarified and I now know what to do and how and when to stop the service.

Contact was quick, rep was polite, helpful and informed

My customer representative was amazing. She was so helpful, closing out my account and explaining about extra features I could use in the future. Usually when you cancel a subscription you get pushback. She was very helpful and pleasant. I will use the service again.

My my experience with your technical people has been excellent I spoke with a lady named Danielle speaking with me clear you do not find that courtesy anymore she took her time with me don't change a thing you guys are great thanks

I had an issue with billing and Tucker was able to help right away! I'm always worried calling in to a company for things like this but right off the bat he made me feel like he was on my side and that his priority was to help. He was able to identify the issue immediately and was a huge help. This interaction has made me extremely confident in continuing to use Rocket Lawyer.

Truly I was fairly upset before I called and had a struggle reaching people. Caitlin went above and beyond and before I knew it I was happy and knew I was going to be taken care of, the level of customer service from her really changed my day and I'm beyond grateful she's the person that helped me.

P.S her voice sounds like a podcast. 10/10 recommend you use her for a commercial

She exudes what customer service she be like. Her high level attitude made my day. Especially in thinking of my father no longer being her with me she made me feel better. Kristina is pleasant. Answered call after several rings. Gave good guidance. I purchased the trail yet unknowingly paid $39.99 for nearly a year unknowingly. Not Kristina's fault.
